Scarred by the resting of City duo Sergio Aguero and David Silva, Gameweek 27 will go down as one of the key periods in the Fantasy season as vice captains kicked in to gift or rob Fantasy managers of spoils. Sunday’s events didn’t fail to add their own twists with red cards, missed penalties and the return to form of Clint Demspey alongside the extraordinary contribution of Pavel Pogrebnyak.

Our members can now pick through all the statistics from the Gameweek and, as always, we’ve picked out some eye-catching numbers to digest. Of course, we’ve also included our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League bonus will go…

        Yep, straight red, out til the 24th. I had enough to get in Adam for the DGW. That's the only reason though, I can't see myself keeping Adam after it however.

      I was going to buy him before he bolted its wildcard week.

        well,on my part i'm looking at united mids and thinking they'll score more then bale over coming weeks. i'm thinking its going to be an almighty run in to the season with united and city both scoring well. spurs may fade

    I know initially it may seem obvious to play Dempsey but considering He & Fulham usually perform badly away from home I don't think its a straight forward pick and add to the fact Surman is against a woefull Wigan defence?

      I still think Dempsey. Surman at best will get you an assist. Dempsey has the potential for double digit points every week.

          To be fair I agree they should be low scoring but Skrtel gets his goals from set pieces but for me both Everton & Sunderland are decent at defending set pieces (I don't have stats to back this up)

      I'm thinking of the exact same moves.

      Only transfer I'm pondering is Aguero > Rooney. Won't captain Roo anyways, but figure it could be worth it anyways as I want him for the run-in and City are playing away to Sporting on Thursday. Not a lot of recovery there...

    I am losing Valencia tonight before his fall. I really want Skrtel over Enrique as a differential. Thinking to keep Ba despite Pogrebynak's and Yakubu's flirtatious stares in my direction, he easily could have had 6pts today again. So what to do:

    1 Aguero, Valencia ---->Rooney, Yaya (-4) (allows for easy switch to Valencia when he is fit. I have silva already though!)
    2 Aguero, BAE --->Rooney, Enrique (-4)
    3 Aguero, Valencia, BAE ----> Rooney, Yaya, Skrtel (-8)

      Have just taken out Valencia for Ya Ya myself (and also have Silva) and will be swapping someone (Studge) out for Rooney (probably tomorrow) as well.
