BBC: Wilfried Zaha has been left out of Ivory Coast's squad for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier next weekend.

Got priced out of Arnie to Zaha by that surprise rise and was even planning an early transfer. Now Arnie is fit and if Zaha is injured that would be a massive bullet dodged. 🙂

If I wanted to bring Hazard into my team I would lose Roberston and have this defence

    Wan Mendy Alonso Shaw Bennett

Then i would also lose King but get Fraser and Stephens becomes Kamara.

    Worth it?

Same dilemma here. If you've had Robo from the beginning then I'd say no because you'll lose value. If not, I'd say go for it. With that being said...Shaw needs to be out of your lineup

    De Gea

But Aguero is capable to score 4-5 goals on one match. He did that already few years ago against Newcastle for 60 minutes 🙂

Fwiw stats from last season show that it was very rare for Aguero to get a cameo. I think only twice all season and one was introduction back from injury. He does get rotated but will rarely come on as sub. I'd assume even if he does its cause they they need goals. FWIW.

So Arnie is looking fine then: https://www.whufc.com/news/articles/2018/august/30-august/team-news-arnautovic-trains-ahead-wolves-clash

"West Ham United manager Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Marko Arnautovic has trained ahead of Saturday’s Premier League match with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Last season’s Hammer of the Year was substituted due to a slight knock in last weekend’s defeat at Arsenal, and didn’t feature in the side’s 3-1 Carabao Cup victory at AFC Wimbledon.

However, Pellegrini has said that the 29-year-old has participated in training with the squad this week and could therefore feature against Wolves on Saturday."

Need to start one of these...

Despite the concern I'm leaning towards Ings.

Ings may not play fully game/ come on as a sub due to blisters.
I think AWB is best call, potential for an assist and CS, looking really promising with his pace.

It could potentially mean 'given a situation with Ings out', but I agree it's definitely misleading.

I commented on it and froze it, explaining why I did. Sometimes I think it's useful to leave stuff on the boards to show other users the reaction. If I removed it, potentially people who read it wouldn't see the responses saying that it isn't necessarily true

Bench: Don't like Masuaku or Kamara at all but understand they are make-weights, some people here have suggested Bennett may lose spot, others strongly disagree so think he is worth a shout. I guess Hammer is still 1st choice.

First 11. Good but very little flexibility. I Would prefer Robo to TAA, Brooks alternative to Kante but don't think either wil score you lots. Not sure about Cedric and unconvinced by Kane - he is scoring but still doesn't look fully fit, I would bring in Mitrovic or Arnie and spread his money around defence and midfield. You have enough in two captains. I think a third captaincy option is possibly wasted. Just leave yourself enough flexibility to upgrade Kun to Kane in two moves.

So basicly should you do Cook -> Alonso (-4)? Yes, especially with that bench (only WB playing). Would play WB over Shaw.

People discussing Aguero TC this weekend because it's a good fixture and he has a good track record against them....

Surely if you want to do it in a single GW a team like Fulham or Cardiff are better? It seems, from reports, that Fulham like to try play attacking football and aren't setup to be able to play a parked bus style. Surely that spells disaster for them and hauls for Aguero?

Not a fan of this Aguero loves to play Newcastle stuff. Different team, different manager, different scenario to when he put 5 past them. They got relegated that year iirc.

But yep, I'd want to either TC in a dgw or wait for a sgw with better fixtures. I prefer a player to be on a good bit of form before hitting the TC button

The Fulham fixture is definitely easier. People here illogically looking at what he did vs Newcastle years ago when they've been good this season. Fulham defence is crap.

Indeed, I'm thinking exactly the same.

Plus points, we know Aguero is fit now. We know he is in form now. He is less likely of rotation this week as no other CL or cup obligations. We don't know this for future games. I'll be saving TC for DGW as normal and will have security of a VC also with a double fixture.

Presuming both are fit and will start, would you play Ings or Wan-Bissaka this week?

In a bit of a predicament here guys.

Got two transfers, thinking of talking Coleman and Firmino out for a 4 mil defender (maybe Bennett) and Aguero. Thoughts? Might be risky but not sure what to do!

    Here's my current team:

    Pickford
    Mendy - Robertson - Coleman - WB
    Jota - Salah - Miki
    Fimino - Zaha - Auba

    Fabianski - Fraser - Cedric - Hudson-Odoi

Not at all the right week to take out neither Firmino nor Coleman, esp for hits. If you're terrified of Aguero, I would axe Auba.

Cheers, I've been debating Auba out too but I can imagine he'll end up bagging against Cardiff. Not sure what to do!
