Following the sudden collapse of Fabrice Muamba in today’s FA Cup tie with Spurs, Bolton have tonight issued an official statement which indicates that Muamba remains “in a critically ill condition in intensive care.”

Our thoughts and prayers remain with Muamba’s family and friends during this time.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Desperately sad to read about Fabrice Muamba. My thoughts go out to him and his family.

    On a completely trivial FPL front, I'd planned on selling Danny Simpson before his price fall this evening for Stephen Kelly - only to get home and see Fulham's result against Swansea. Should I hold back on the transfer and take the price loss, or is Kelly still nailed on in Jol's team?

          Thanks both.

          Part of the reason for wanting to sell Simpson for Kelly was to give me enough money to go Vorm => Friedel, as I already have Caulker for Swansea defensive coverage. But with Swansea's current form, I'm turning my back on that plan for a while (Vorm & Caulker were on the bench for me today, but thank goodness for not benching Sigurðsson).
