Fixture congestion works out like this, using liverpool as an example:
Liverpool v Villa on Sat 7th April
Blackburn v Liverpool on Tue 10th April
Liverpool v Fulham on Sat 14th April (to be postponed)
Liverpool vs Sunderland/Everton on 14th/15th April (FA Cup)
Liverpool vs West Brom on Sun 22nd April
This leaves a gap midweek for the Fulham game to be rescheduled midweek, and stay in GW33. It leaves liverpool playing 5 games in 15 days, but thats not a huge issue, clubs can deal with that.
Spurs vs Bolton on the Sunday 15th is already postponed, but that could be fitted in midweek as well.
The winner of Everton vs Sunderland could also play a prem game midweek. Stoke vs Everton, and Sunderland vs Wolves are scheduled for Sat 14th April nothing midweek.
The problem comes with Chelsea:
If they beat Benfica, then they will be playing a CL semi-final against Milan/Barca on the Tuesday 17th April, so can't play an FA Cup match midweek. There would be a semi the next tuesday midweek as well, so no game there.
Their next free midweek slot would be the week after that, the midweek of Gameweek 36, where Chelsea also play QPR at home, the game could slot in on 1st/2nd may.
As the final is on Saturday 5th of may this isn't very convenient for them, but it looks one of the few feasible slots.
Remember this is only necessary should Chelsea get to the CL semi finals.
So using this logic, Chelsea would be the only team to have a DGW, as the others could be rescheduled midweek of the same week.

Ok folks I have been doing some pondering. After yesterday I am beginning to think that Siggy is now undroppable. On this basis I began to think that we could make do with 2 big hitters (Bale, Young, Valencia, Mata etc) Siggy and then 2 rotational 4th mids (McLean and Surman)
The money used from downgrading Clint to a Surman like player could be used elsewhere to get in an expensive defender such as Terry or Verm, a top keeper like Friedel and have a top line strike-force (RvP, Rooney and Deogba/Ade/Aguero)

Which is the better option? Already have BAE, so double Spurs coverage probably not needed especially as they're pretty patchy as of recent. Cahill looks good value and fixtures are decent. Liverpool have great fixtures but I never see their defence as reliable. Richards is a great player, but since December he's averaged exactly 2 points per game, meh. So thinking Cahill or Enrique.

Cahill is a rotation risk, you'll never be sure if he will play or not so I'd steer clear unless you have decent backup. Liverpool will be so much better defensively when Daniel Agger is back in there with Skrtel, he's not too far away from fitness now. I'd go for Enrique.
