We’ve been here before. Seven days ago we were waxing lyrical about the efforts of Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa – a week later, we’re at it again having seen both combine to unravel a hapless Liverpool.

Cisse’s brace took him to seven in as many games, while at the Lane, Emmanuel Adebayor confirmed himself as a rival for a slot in our squads, as he returned to goalscoring form.

Our members can now drown in the numbers from today’s games and read on for our guide to the key statistics on show in the Gameweek thus far, along with our take on the destination of the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) bonus points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Williamson did great and Perch too.

Funny how times change isn't it. 6 weeks ago I would have had 4 or 5 city players now I'm trying to think which 1 I want. Seems like a good move to have at least one in GW34.
Kompany is a good shout as always I suppose. Richards burnt me too much to go back again.
Silva looks off the boil, Nasri is a rotation risk, I'm not quite convinced by Yaya as a FPL option.
Aguero is injured, Balo is mental and Mancini clearly has the hump, Dzeko doesn't start and Tevez is just too expensive.

Who are other people going for?

Just going to wait and see if anything changes till then. Their away form is iffy anyway, and with Tevez back and Nasri playing well again, there'll be lots of rotation. The likes of Silva could even be dropped. Thinking Kompany will just be enough for that, as Aguero's away form is terrible and the rest of the assets aren't highly owned so shouldn't do too much damage if you avoid them and they score well/

This is for Roberto Newman with the Javier Bardem gravatar:

I will probably only field 10 for GW34. I doubt not having 1 extra player (prob a defender who will only get you 1 or 2 pts anyway) is that much of an issue.

A lot of the good FPL scorers will be out of GW34 anyway and you will want them in GW36.

IMO Arsenal, Sunderland, Man Utd, Swansea and Man City are the teams you really want players for in GW34 and if you have guys like Yaya, RVP, Sess, Siggy, Walcott, Valencia, Rooney and Evans then you pretty much have the core of what you need for that GW, I reckon.

As for Siggy to Dyer being a sideways move? Well, Siggy in the last 5 weeks would have gotten you 43 points. Dyer, just 3. Even taking away his 3 game ban, his scores and mins prior to that were very poor too, coincidentally just about the time Siggy arrived.

I wouldn't say it's a sideways move bringing in a player who, over the last few months, is outscoring your current incumbent by 40 points. Who would you rather have for GW34 out of those 2?

I had Suarez earlier in the season, and stuck with him for a long time, but the's just not that good. Certainly doesn't justify the faith. I mean, he's scored 7 goals all season, and hasn't once scored more than one in single a game!

Even with the 5 games he missed due to suspension, he's still played more minutes (2100) than most strikers. Thats more than Dzeko (1449), Holt (1774), and Sturridge (1787), etc. who have scored more goals than him, Dzeko (14), Holt (13), Sturridge (10).

The Yak has played only 1802 minutes and scored twice as many (14) as Suarez!

Playing only 68 more minutes, Ba has managed to scored more than double the goals (16). And all of these players cost less than Suarez!

Let's face ace it... Suarez is shit.

It's been said and asked a lot about Ba/BArfa assist, but I'm sure everybody has been waiting impatiently for my opinion 🙂
I just watched the replay several times and I have to say I'm stumped. There was a slight touch after Ba passed the ball to Cisse, but it's hardly possible to say whether it was Barfa or a Liverpool defender who touched it. The ball was rolling after Ba made the pass, and started to bob up and down a little after someone touched it. So, it's FPL's call and we'll have to wait till this GW closes to see what they decide.

Depends who your 9 players are for GW 34 I suppose.

I think the DGW is a very good one because there are several good FPL players playing 2 matches so you have a real chance to cash in points wise.

In GW 34 Arsenal, Man Utd, Swansea, Sunderland and Man City appear to be where the big points will be scored. So, I reckon having a core of 9 of the best FPL scoring players from those teams will serve you better than filling up with 11 players just for the sake of it.

    For Henry Hill:

I saw the hoops game on a link. Brilliant team performance and we genuinely were the better team over 90 mins.

If we can do that in our remaining home matches then we have a real chance. It could come down to the final day of the season. Funny how 2 weeks ago after Blackburn beat Sunderland we were all saying that they were safe now on 28 pts.

Now, 2 weeks on, they lose to Man Utd tomorrow they will be back in the bottom 3 again. Funny old game, Saint, as Greavesie used to say!

So, who should I transfer out Schwarzer for? My other keeper is Mignolet

A:Begovic, rotates good with Mignolet, am bound to play Mignolet most matches.

B:Howard, rotates very well with Migns.

C:Bogdan, will only play him GW 31 and his double gameweeks.

Stoke are still good defensively and he's pretty cheap, he's the punt I've gone for.

Ok, which trio for the DGW.

        A) A.Cole, VDV, Jelavic.

        B) Walker, Gerrard, Cisse.

Leaning towards the latter ATM .

Bale is good enough and I can see two cleanies for Spurs, which explains why i'm planning on Walker and Friedel for the double.

        Hi guys!

        My team: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1463087/history/

Is it right to play 3-4-3 formation for GW 32?

Dunno which 4 midfielders to play, please help?

I have to play with strikers surely?

        Cheers in advance;)

Was thinking the same. Do you reckon other mfs will outscore him? Dave will definitely outscore him imo;)

I c your logic. It's easier for you as you have Yak, however as I have Dave it is probably sensible to drop a mf but which one in your opinion Parm?

Keep same team or play Siggy instead of Theo.

          Play 3-4-3 definitely.

Really? Drop Walcott? Is Dempsey gonna outscore him away at Bolton?

Want to play: Vorm, Evans, Baines and Vorm (Caulker won't get a cleanie and Vorm is more of a threat)
