Mikel Arteta’s ferocious drive looks to have sealed the title for Man United, who earlier disposed of 10-man QPR with predictable ease at Old Trafford to open up an eight point gap on neighbours City. With a 24-hour turnaround on the Gameweek, here’s our guide to some of the key statistics from the events of the last three days, along with a view on where the Fantasy Premier League bonus points could be heading…
Just been looking at the stats for RvP since his goal "drought".
It's only a 4-game sample so take it with a pinch of salt, but his attempts on goal have fallen from 3.8 to 3 per 90 minutes, and his attempts on target have dropped from 2.2 to 1.75.
Not a massive drop off, but if he carries on this way it makes him a less attractive option for captain.Open ControlsTrouble is, who're your alternatives?
When Utd play away, Rooney effectively drops and dictates the play in an advanced CM role and is much less of a goal threat.
Most weeks the captaincy is a toss up between RVP and Rooney, except in exceptional circumstances (Cisse, in blistering form, at home to Bolton is a good shout this week, for instance).
I'll be going RVP(c).Open ControlsI'm inclined to agree, Wolves are shite at the moment, but I reckon Sess, Siggi, Demps and Valencia are all worth considering.

Anyone know what the situation with Coquelin's injury is? He was looking really good before he got injured, because of his absence I can't see Song being pushed back so Djourou will play, I think he's a pretty decent centre back he was playing at right back when he was playing badly.
Open ControlsI would definitely kep an eye on him, but it always seemed (even up to the time they make their preliminary fitness cuts they were trying to force Diaby back in their before Coquelin, who they decided early on in the week that he was a no-go.

What's tha latest on Yaya?
Open ControlsAnyone made the logical conclusion yet that FPL are locking everyone out so they can do their updates quicker? (sorry, pages moving too fast for a lurker like me)
Open ControlsI'm logged onto it now.

Who to play for GW 33?
Mignolet or Vorm?
Cahill or Simpson?Open ControlsVorm.
Simpson.Open Controls
Bale to Walcott or Enrique to Kompany?
think i'm leanin towards the latter.. bale may yet play, and walcott may notOpen Controlsi've no faith in mci's defense right now, but if they're going to turn it around it's in the next few fixtures. Kompany seems more secure for points over the next 3, but walcott has a better upside over the next 2 imo. I'm thinking of shipping him out after that, but I like his GW 37 & 38.

I have 2FT's and £0.4m in the bank. I only plan on using 1FT and carry the other one to next week.
Which player would you get rid of with GW33/34 in mind?
Schwarzer Mignolet
Evans Baines Caulker Ridgewell Wilkinson
Walcott Valencia Dempsey Siggy Bale
RVP Rooney HoltOpen Controls+1 Nice to see the original owner of Papiss get his money's worth.

Normally the "tasty" weeks are disappointing because of rotation, or a let down in intensity from the better side, or managers resting their players when the game seems in hand rather than going for fpl gold. It seems to me that this is even more likely given the schedule. I'm feeling vulnerable, should I?
1) bale v. nor-H
2) valencia v. wig-A
3) walcott v. wol-A
4) cahill v. ful-A
5) rooney v. wig-A (rest, or playing deeper in the midfield away)
6) RVP v wol-AOpen ControlsSorenson Vorm
Enrique Simpson Cahill Kelly Evans
Valencia Bale Silva Dempsey Sigurdsson
RVP Rooney Cisse
Got 1 free transfer left, keep it for next week or make another this week??Open ControlsBale doubt..so, easy to play Caulker..8-)
Open ControlsPlay Caulker or Turner?.
Open ControlsPlay Kaboul (NOR) or JEvans (wig) for GW33?
Open ControlsDefence I'm defo playing is Verm Komps, then one from Jevans/Kaboul - I'm leaning towards Jevans with Kaboul first sub if Bale doesn't play.

I benched Richards and Silva this week, surely I should get bonus points for this 😉
(although I should lose points for keeping hold of Silva for so long. 😮 )Open ControlsWatch Masters on SS or BBC?
Open Controlsor I have a wall freshly painted, I'd rather watch that dry instead

Which should I play this week?
A) Graham (qpr)
B) McClean (eve)Open ControlsCan I get some advice on my third striker please? Currently its Suarez.
A) keep Suarez for Blackburn and bring in someone for GW34
B) bring in Cisse and play 10 men in GW34
C) bring in a new striker now who plays GW34 also, if so who?Open ControlsCrap.
Sold Dempsey (for a hit!)
Benched Cisse.

So, with Bale a real doubt and possible rotation elsewhere, how should I order my subs this week?
Caulker
Taiwo
Miyaichi
???Open Controlssorry for repost folks, but I'm in work 9-5 tomorrow so won't be able to log on in the morning to sort my team out so need to sort it tonight
Good go this week?
De Gea
Evans, Verm, Santon
Bale, Sess, Theo, Siggy
RvP, Rooney, Dave (c)
Mingolet, McClean, Skrtel, Caulker
Put the c on RvP? Drop Sess?
Also best Skrtel replacement for 34 and 35?Open ControlsI agree with your first XI, but I'd have Caulker 1st sub.
Captain RVP - but to be honest, both RVP and Cisse could get hattricks.
For Skrtel - how about Lescott?Open Controlshe is my first thought
If Kolarov would play both games I'd get him instead, but Lescott seems the likely option.Open Controls
Thoughts on my team after my transfer. I am going to do Bale to Walcott later on tonight because Bale is a doubt for Norwich and then has a blank whilst Walcott has the 2 very easy fixtures where he could return big numbers.
Vorm
Evans, Kompany, Williamson
Sigurdsson, Dempsey, Walcott, Valencia
RVP, Rooney, Jelavic
Subs: Skrtel, Moses, Kelly, SorensenOpen Controlslooks good Mull, what will you with Clint in 34?
I sold him yesterday to fund a move for Dave (never thought of Jelavic) but plan on getting him back in for Theo in 35.Open Controls
Anyone tempted by Valencia as captain. Double figures in his last two away games.
Open ControlsEnrique to Lescott or Kompany?
Doin it tonight and worried bout kompany's recurrin injury problems..Open Controls
