It’s back on. Sergio Aguero’s finishing and the toil and creativity of Carlos Tevez come to the fore as City rout the Baggies, closing the gap on United thanks to Wigan’s shock 1-0 win at the DW Stadium. Gameweek 33 closed with a night of intrigue and our members can now digest our selection of the key statistics from all ten matches, along with our punt on where the Fantasy Premier League bonus points will be heading…
After weeks of planning i've finalised my DGW plans..........
Current Team
Vorm(BLA)
Vermaelen(WIG) • Evans(AV) • Turner(WOL) • Caulker(BLA)
Valencia(AV) • Walcott(WIG) • Sigurdsson(BLA) • Sessegnon(WOL)
Rooney(AV) • RVP(WIG)(C)
Subs: Sorenson(N/A) • Cisse(N/A) • Bale(N/A) • Simpson(N/A)
GW34: Save
GW35: Walcott -->> Dempsey
GW36: Rooney + Vermaelen + Valencia -->> Adebayor + Baines + VDV/Mata -4
Vorm(WOL)
Baines(FUL,sto) • Turner(BOL) • Simpson(wig,che)
Bale(BLA,bol) • Dempsey(eve,liv) • Sessegnon(BOL) • Mata/VDV
RVP(sto) • Adebayor(BLA,bol) • P.Cisse(wig,che)
Subs: Sorenson(ARS,eve) • Caulker(WOL) • Sigurdsson(WOL) • Evans(mc)Open ControlsYou missed two.
Open Controls
All looks fine, but I'd be worried about Adebayor and Mata/VDV playing both games.
In fact I'd be confident in the latter two not starting both.Open ControlsAde will start both, Saha was the shadowman against Norwich. Mata and VDV are legitimate concerns though.
Open Controls
Bale, VDV and Ade? A bit overkill with the form they are in, imo
Then again, it could pay off big-time. Mata ain't worth it imo, I would rather have Ben Arfa or Pienaar, actually.Open ControlsPienaar looks a good shout, with the form he's in.
Open Controls
Just to let you know I'm a touch pissed, and thats made me dizzy!
Open Controls
Wow the bottom 5 came good!!
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/2757380/event-history/33/Open ControlsBenched two CS lol!
Open Controls39 here, sold Maloney, captained Zamora 🙁
Open ControlsExcellent bench for me too 🙂

Which option should I take to give me 10 players for GW 34….
1) Miyaichi -> McClean, keep Bale. This would give me McClean for GW 34, and Bale for GW 35 and DGW 36.
OR
2) Bale -> Sessegnon, keep Miyaichi. This would give me Sessegnon for GW 34, and Miyaichi for DGW 35 & DGW 36??Open ControlsSorted my team for this weekend with no hits
Vorm
Evans, Vermaelen, Kompany
Sessegnon, McClean, Valencia, Sigurdsson
Rooney, Aguero, RVP
Subs: Given 🙂
Wildcarding in gw36, I need a strong finish to an abysmal FF season.Open ControlsWell done still having your WC intact
Remember; a strong DGW team could spill disaster the last two weeks 😉Open Controlsspell*
Open Controls
I envy u for the WC. If u r WC-ing GW 36 bring some Villa players they have 3 games compared to someone who has one in example
Open ControlsP.S. What happened 2u this year mate?
Open Controls
Kun to Gabby and Walcott in middle imo
Open Controls
Right done it. No Walcott for me, if he scores again vs Wigan then so be it.
Enrique>Kompany done. Phew. That aside! Team layout this week is so much fun!!
Bogdan(c)
Evans Kompany Taiwo Caulker
Bale Sigurdsson Dempsey McClean
Cissé Van Persie(vc)
Howard Rooney Valencia VermaelenOpen ControlsCue RVP pulling his hammy in warmup
Open ControlsI asked about 5 times around here is Walcott a must for wol WIG and there wasn't a consensus but I've decided that he is must even sold Rooney in order to afford him without hit. Well if it is only the WIG game u might be right by I like the Ars form, Theo's form and the fixtures till the end. And most important he is capable on some big scores, especially with the EURO so close and a point to prove,
But suit your self, your call at the end, I was in your place and have decided forOpen ControlsWhy Bogdan (C) ?
Open Controls
Anybody making a hit for a defender think it this way. U need to play that defender and after GW 34 in order to make the hit worth. Almost none of the cheap defenders doesn't have good fixture this and next week, then is the double when he is gonna be benched surelyand GW 37 and 8, are also bad for SAFC, Swa, WBA.
So even if they bring a CS u are breaking even IMO, not worth. If they score, assist then fair play but that is gambling. I like hits and punts but for 3-4 games not only one GW and that for a defender.
Just a thoughtOpen ControlsSound.
Open ControlsI'm bringing in a goalie not for a hit but it'll mean a hit later if you know what I mean.
Just can't bear to see me team goalie-less, just looks wrong!
And Mignolet's playing Wolves anyway, hopefully should bring the CS home.Open ControlsIf u r bringing a goalie then GIven is a no brainier for me
Open Controls
Go With Villa DF then.. You can get 3 games from them.
Open ControlsYeah Villa defender but if they receive plenty in the utd game they could give u 1 or 0 pts, so its a bad idea. Goalie on the other hand is guaranteed saves points. U could have 4pts from him even if the loose by 3:0
Open Controls
+42 ... well called
Open Controls
Morning chaps, decision time...
2 freebies and 3.6m in the bank - which is best?
a) Surman -> Sess/Arteta (and save the other freebie for an additional DGWer in 36.
b) Surman & Skrtel -> Silva & Williamson/Simpson
Migs, Bogdan
Kompany, JEvans, Skrtel, Caulker, Turner
Dempsey, Walcott, Valencia, Siggy, Surman
RVP, Rooney, P CisseOpen ControlsSurman > Sess, imo.
Open Controls
Anyway - all of us who got that lovely bet from PP - thanks, Mark - there is some consolation in Rooney's loss of form!
😀Open ControlsHow nailed on is Clichy? Am .1 short of getting Lescott
Open ControlsThoughts on my team for GW34
Vorm
Vermaelen, Kompany, Evans
Sigurdsson, Moses, Valencia, Walcott
RVP, Rooney
Subs: Sorensen, Williamson, Kelly, Dempsey, Jelavic
I have 0.1 in the bank to do a transfer. Is anything worth a hit?Open ControlsNo, imo. You are in pretty good shape! 🙂
Open Controls
Vorm
Evans (Williamson, BAE, Cahill, Shotton*)
SIggy, McClean, Walcott, Young (Dempsey)
RVP(c) Rooney (Cisse)
1ft 2.5m in bank. All about rank now for me.
Worried about Young too.
Any ideas guys? Willing to take a hit or 2Open ControlsYoung could be a problem...subbed at HT and mister Nani is back. Fergie won't drop his golden boy Valencia will he?
Open Controls
One final question.....
Jamie Mackie or Hoilett ???Open ControlsSergio Aguero, you little unpredictable midget, will you be the one who turns the ML situation in my favour?
Your away form is miserable, yet I still can't take my eyes off you after tonights happenings
Who said it was an easy game...!Open ControlsIs it worth getting rid of Bale this week if i want him back for 36?
Thinking Bale->Walcott now then Valencia->Bale for GW36
Any other suggestions?Open ControlsI got rid for Sess, probably getting him back for either Sess or Walcott before the DGW.
Open Controls
Bye Simpson, only player left from GW1 has gone. I will miss all those CSs that you left on my bench.....
NOT!!!Open ControlsMignolet
Vermaelen Richards Evans Caulker
McClean Valencia Sigurdsson *
Rooney RVP
Krul Dempsey Cisse Bale*
2FT
1) Bale > Theo - Pro. On form but playing a Wigan side battling rotation. Con. Poor GW35 fixture.
2) Bale > Nasri/Silva - Pro. Will give me an attacking City player GW35 against Wolves. Con. Possible rotation with City playing Utd the following week.
3) Bale > Sessegnon. Pro. Playing a poor Wolves side. Con. Already have McClean.
4) Bale > Chamberlain. Pro. Explosive, good fixture. Con. Risky pick as he might not start.
5) Bale > Taarabt. Pro. In form, West Brom have nothing to play for. Con. Poor fixtures after.
What do you reckon? Just one, or use both of my free transfers?Open Controls1 & 1
Open ControlsLeaning that way myself, means having no City attacker against Wolves though.
Open ControlsThat is a concern of mine, too. One of the reasons why I'm looking at Aguero in this week. So tempting although his (and City in general) away form is miserable...
Open ControlsI could do Rooney & Bale > Aguero & Nani this week but that is using both my frees. Ideally, i want to roll it over so i have 2 FT for GW36.
Open ControlsI'd keep Roon for their next two, at least. He usually produces the goods at home, while Aguero seems homesick on the road...
Open Controls
After watching MOTD, seems like Evans had a bit of a shocker tonight. Would be typical if he was dropped/rotated at the weekend when we've got no bench compared to the past weeks of piles of CS's on the bench!
Anyone know if he was really that bad?Open ControlsBottle's empty. Bed. Night all. 🙂
Open ControlsOh hello Aguero....Goodbye Rooney? Definite possibility! Rooney was playing rather deep again...
Open ControlsNot a fan of getting in a player who is terrible on the road for one who is a beast at home...
Open ControlsWill that terrible on the road factor change with Mr. Tevez factor? Don't wanna miss out on this train 😉
Open Controls
Hell yeah I do...I was trying to cushion the blow 😉
Open Controls
He is a different player this season, no more driving runs or taking on defenders. Fergie seems to be moulding him into Paul Scholes.
Open ControlsGood luck with that one, Fergie!!!
Why doesn't he mould Rafael into Cantona while he's at it...Open ControlsGuardiola is experimenting with Messi....looks promising! Rafa to Cantona can only happen with Guardiola at the helm of the red devils...

has rooney ever done well with hernandez? buy of the century will be back on the bench next week this weekend so i wouldn't panic about rooney. aguero away from home too, away v wolves the week after is the only time i'd back aguero away from home
Open Controlsi'm watching the apprentice boardroom bit which is why that reads an absolute mess. basically:
rooney + hernandez = bad, rooney + welbeck = good.
aguero away from home = bad.
at least sleep on itOpen ControlsIt's just a shame it will be Welbeck upfront and not Berbatov. We will be robbed of copious Rooney assists again.
Open Controls
interesting stat. wigan have lost 2 of their last 10, tottenham have won 2 of their last 10
Open ControlsWho's the best striker punt for gw 34? Already have Van Persie and Rooney and I have 9,5 m in bank. Was thinking of Odemwingie but he did not play today (You know why?) or Bentdner but he is doubtful.
Help please!Open ControlsYakubu
Open Controls
Santon -> Bardsley......come on Phillip!!
Open ControlsSome sacrifices being made...
Santon has a good fixture in 35 and then the double, though he is a rotation risk so I guess you can argue with that.Open Controls
