    Weighing up some options here. Any of them standing out?

    WC in hand still.
    1. Salah + Pukki -> Maddison + Aubameyang (1.2m).
    2. VVD + Smith -> Pereira + Soyuncu/ Tomori (0.2m/0.1m).
    3. A. Smith + Cantwell -> Soyuncu + Dendoncker (0.0m).
    4. VVD + Pukki-> Holding (4.5m) + Vardy.
    5. VVD + Pukki-> 5.6m def + Wilson.

    Pope.
    VVD, Otamendi, Robbo.
    Cantwell, Mount, KDB, Sterling, Salah.
    Abraham, Pukki.
    Button, Lundstram, A Smith, Wickham.
    2ft- 0.1m ITB. WC in hand still.
    Number 2 is giving me the highest return on the RMT tool over the next 5 fixtures or so.

      I’m doing the same. Of course Sterling could explode but Kun is still an FPL great and owned by a good chunk less people

      Looks good - Jiménez next probably approaching bargain territory... but then again he has 6 blanks in 8 games

      Wilson, Tammy, Vardy, Pukki etc really have been urinating on Kane, Auba, Kun’s chips, so to speak

        😀
        I want Raz to fire big time to avoid swap for Aguero.
        So many cheap strikers looking good atm.
        Raz Jimenez Dunk looks better than Kun Trossard Otamendi (at least differential) 😮

        Yeah from an fpl perspective even he is just half decent imo

      Maddison and Mahrez both have the potential to become important considerations moving forward.

      Such a shame about Fraser - a January transfer (or a Howe rethink) could make him very appealing..

    3. Maximus Bonimus Pointimus
      • 14 Years
      4 years, 5 months ago

      Mount (and probably CHO) should be in that price bracket but we get them a lot cheaper this year

      Siggy might be interesting at some point - he’s got a lot of his blanks out of the way already (23 last year, 7 so far his year) but probably a no go zone at the minute

      For a little more € Pepe may yet prove useful, although he’s taking his time to adapt & wouldn’t touch him at the minute

      A fully fit Martial would dominate that price bracket... but then again, an Auntie with testicles would be an Uncle 🙂

      We’re spoilt for midfielders really though, once again... Salah, Mané, Sterling, KDB... surely there’s a WC draft out there somewhere that has managed it!

      1. lilmessipran
        • 11 Years

        Wise words.. can fit in mane, sterling and kdb along with Tammy, Vardy and Wilson but that would mean losing Taa which I am reluctant to do

          • 14 Years
          4 years, 5 months ago

          Tammy, Vardy, Wilson looks mouth-watering as an FPL forward line

          I’ve to do Son/Pukki > Maddison/Vardy to enable it... so just deliberating whether to give Son Watford or not

            • 11 Years
            4 years, 5 months ago

            Yea, personally i am tempted to have son on my WC for Watford (depends on intl mins) , then shift to a third city mid(dilva/bilva/mahrez) for those 2 mouth watering fixtures then back to Mane/Salah by downgrading probably wilson

    Hi all, not having a great season so far... changes that you would make to this team? Wildcard necessary?

    Ryan
    VVD Dinge Lundstram
    Sterling Son KDB Cantwell Yarmoloko
    Aguero Abraham

    Button Rico Greenwood Montoya

      Would like Trent over Digne, Sonny > Maddison to fund a Cantwell upgrade perhaps. Triple City attack looks delicious for GW10-11 in particular.

    Who's important to have among these:
    KDB. Aubameyang or Mane....??

    My team now:

    Pope. Button.
    TAA. Aurier. Engels. Lundstram. Rico.
    Salah. Sterling. Mount. Cantwell. Dendocker.
    Aguero. Abraham. Pukki.

    0.3 in bnk....

      Kun
      I don't think there is any need for Arsenal 'cover'
      Laca after fit can be a brilliant differential though with amazing run of fixtures & playing centrally

    Am I the only one who thinks Salah is a better choice than Mané on WC if can have a good team still?

    With his stats still great and even on an “off” season like last year he was still at the top of the pile for goals, I don’t see why I’d choose Mané unless it’s enabling an important upgrade.

    I know people look at very recent form and make decisions but I’m not so sure!

    Thoughts?

      No not at all - the Mané/Salah tick-tock will continue on here where when one scores highly, the other will get slated & vice versa

      But deep down

      (And I’m going to be provocative here)

      Deep down

      Everyone knows in their hearts

      Salah with that price differential is the “better” (lol) pick 😉

      *runs*

      Wrong post 😉
      You know what i think bdw.
      Mane looks everything that Salah should whenever i watch pool play.
      One thing that pushed me towards Mane (which may sound silly tbh) is Taa is main source of creativity for Pool & natural player on the right end of the receiving them is Mane (LW/Striker & Excellent header of ball).
      Pen & Set pieces obviously helps Salah. It's a tough choice

      I WC Salah our for Mane back in GW3. Whilst Mane ticker along nicely and they broadly stayed in line with each other, watching Liverpool games without Salah in my team meant sitting behind the sofa. I reversed the decision in GW6 and I’m glad I did. Ultimately it’s personal choice. I believe Salah is the better player.
