Which of Leicester’s FPL assets appeal for their favourable fixture run?

Having been bottom of our Season Ticker for fixture difficulty over the first eight Gameweeks of the season, Leicester City are about to embark on much more favourable run of matches.

Over their next nine games, the Foxes meet only one ‘big six’ team (Arsenal), play two newly promoted clubs and face five of the sides that finished in the bottom half of the Premier League table in 2018/19.

Five of Leicester’s next nine fixtures are at home, too.

As a result, Brendan Rodgers’ side sits top of our Season Ticker between Gameweeks 9 and 17.

Interest from the Fantasy community in Leicester’s assets is hotting up ahead of this appealing sequence of games.

Ricardo Pereira (£6.2m) is currently the most-bought Fantasy Premier League defender of Gameweek 9, while James Maddison (£7.2m) and Jamie Vardy (£9.0m) are the third-most-transferred in players in their respective positions, too.

The Foxes currently sit fourth in the Premier League table despite facing the likes of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United (insert your own jokes here about the fall from graces of some of these once-great sides) in the opening two months of 2019/20, so interest from an FPL perspective is clearly merited based on recent results alone.

What do the underlying statistics say about Leicester assets, though? We delve into the numbers in our latest Members article below.

Aye I just always get him wrong so figure until further notice play him and maybe Connolly or Montoya get a return as subs.

May go connolly in the end mind.

        Cheers

I own him and McGinn and have to get rid of one cant decide which to keep
      Yarmolenko has better fixtures
got McGinn at 5.5 and he does pick up returns away from home

Wilson is also a good option for the next few at 6.1

These three probably the best mids in this price bracket

Trossard might be if he returns this week. All those 5.8ish players come with risks but McG and Yarmolenko are at least quite secure.

Going forward, I know I want Salah, De Bruyne, Abraham and C Wilson.

    Alongside those:
    A) Aguero, Mount, Maddison, Tomori [4 transfers]
    B) Vardy, Sterling, Cantwell, Tomori [4 transfers]
    C) Aubameyang, Mount, Maddison, Otamendi [4 transfers]

Looks like lampard backs youth, get him in his price will only rocket. Great fixtures, was one on one a couple of times last game

I'm only worried about his rotation with Willian, Pedro, Pulisic all lurking

There will be, but so far he seems to play his first choice all the time and brings the others off the bench

Seems to be the template. Personally I'm looking at Tomori, Creswell, Lowton, Kelly and use the cash elsewhere. Getting in Alisson and your double LIV defence is covered

            a. Vardy, H-O, Ota
            b. Wilson, Maddison, Tomori

            Rest is pretty locked in:
            Pope 4.0
            TAA, Soy, Lund, Rico
            Sterling, KDB, Mount, 4.5

Don't get all the love for Otamendi. He's a card magnet and City aren't looking too good defensively anyway
