Gameweek 35 kicks off with a game between third-placed Arsenal and sixth-placed Chelsea. Champions League qualification (and all the money it brings) is at stake, and the Dugout Discussion opens to see how it plays out. The line-ups from the early game have been released, and are as follows…

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Ramsey, Song, Walcott, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, van Persie.
Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Cahill, Terry, Bertrand, Essien, Romeu, Malouda, Sturridge, Torres, Kalou.

From the defeat at the hands of struggling Wigan there are four casualties, with Johan Djourou, Andre Santos, Mikel Areta and Yossi Benayoun all out of the eleven. In comes Laurent Koscielny, Kieran Gibbs, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Juggling his priorities, Roberto Di Matteo makes eight (8) changes ahead of the second leg Champions League semi-final against Barcelona. Petr Cech, John Terry and Gary Cahill are the only survivors from the first leg.

After the game at the Emirates we’ve got five 3pm fixtures to enjoy, before the day’s football concludes at Loftus Road for the game between QPR and Tottenham.

Any Newcastle fans here? Whats the deal with Cabaye, has he been playing higher up now? He's had 4 assists in the last 3 games and of course the two goals today.

  Yep he's playing further forward.
  
  First half of the season we played 442 with him and Tiote/Guthrie as CM's and he played very deep.
  
  Now we've switched to 433 and he's playing as the furthest forward of the midfield 3, sometimes even seems like a 4231 with him in the sort of AMC role.
  
  He really suits the role as well, he puts a lot of work in closing high up the pitch and is our most creative player, some of his passes through to Cisse recently have been awesome.
  
  Ba was great early season and Cisse now, but I've said all season that Cabaye's been our best signing, absolute bargain for 4-5M.

  wasnt sure before today but with him being benched, i am tempted to say yes. they have QPR first which is good, he will at least play in that one you would think. i am tempted to bring him in. i reckon RDM realised soon enough they were lacking his creativity today, when they had arsenal on the ropes they needed him big time, if he'd been on i reckon they would have scored a couple of goals.

    Last two seasons he hasn't played regularly in order to judge him fairly. I remember the player who played for City and the one now and I am surprised we are talking about the same person.
