Gameweek 35 kicks off with a game between third-placed Arsenal and sixth-placed Chelsea. Champions League qualification (and all the money it brings) is at stake, and the Dugout Discussion opens to see how it plays out. The line-ups from the early game have been released, and are as follows…

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Ramsey, Song, Walcott, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, van Persie.

Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Cahill, Terry, Bertrand, Essien, Romeu, Malouda, Sturridge, Torres, Kalou.

From the defeat at the hands of struggling Wigan there are four casualties, with Johan Djourou, Andre Santos, Mikel Areta and Yossi Benayoun all out of the eleven. In comes Laurent Koscielny, Kieran Gibbs, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Juggling his priorities, Roberto Di Matteo makes eight (8) changes ahead of the second leg Champions League semi-final against Barcelona. Petr Cech, John Terry and Gary Cahill are the only survivors from the first leg.

After the game at the Emirates we’ve got five 3pm fixtures to enjoy, before the day’s football concludes at Loftus Road for the game between QPR and Tottenham.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom will be open for the entirety of today’s action, and can be accessed right here.

38 (-4) with Kompany, Valencia, Evans and Bale to play.

Happy as my hit (Walcott -> Dempsey) paid off.
And sticking by Poggy also turned out alright.

    I won't ask if that's ok, as I think it's pretty decent.

    Jevans, Richards, Simpson, Verm, Kelly
    Siggy, Walcott, Valencia, Demps, Sess
    RVP, Tevez, Cisse

GW 36, Richards to Terry, Walcott to Bale. -4. is that good enough for DGW?

Vermaelen 3 BP's would be brilliant.
Looks like my Europa League now comes down to...
Me - De Gea, Bale, Tevez + Verm bonus
    Him - Richards + 12

Not confident, but it's possible especially if TV5 gets 3 as I expect

Depends on Luiz fitness. Ivan is back for the second game too, so there could be some rotation. Beside Cech nobody is safe. I thought about Cashley but with Bertrand performance today I am officially worried about his minutes. If Ryan can play away against Ars he can easily play at home against QPR, Terry is badly needed for the New and Liv game

Valencia vs Silva - close, maybe Silva.
      Rooney(c) vs Tevez - Rooney.

Plus the DGW of Miyachi and Collins (if fit). Him just.

    Plan for next week:
    KRUL
    Caulker BAE Turner
    DEMPSEY (VC) BALE Siggy McClean
    CISSE (C) JELAVIC RvP

    Subs: Mignolet Valencia Verm Evans

Would you do McClean -> Pienaar or HBA for a hit?

I can finally enjoy a Saturday evening without being hurt by Cisse goals and Siggy's double figure hauls taunting me 😎

DGW midfielders to get in? Only names that come to mind are:
    1. Pienaar
    2. Bale
    3. VDV
    4. Mata (??)
    5. Dempsey
    6. Gerrard(?)

    Anyone else?

I'm thinking Maxi. Always seems to play in between cup games.
