Scoutcast tackles De Bruyne conundrum as Chelsea find form

The Scoutcast is back to discuss all of the key talking points ahead of Gameweek 30.

You can watch the show on our YouTube channel between 20:00 GMT and 21:00 GMT.

Firstly, we’ll discuss what to do with Kevin De Bruyne (£10.6m), who missed Sunday’s Manchester derby and is still a doubt for Arsenal’s trip to the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday.

Then, Chelsea are the team to go under the microscope as they build some good form ahead of some favourable fixtures.

Finally, we continue to work on our advanced planning for Blank Gameweek 31 now that we have a greater idea about the fixtures and which players we may want – or not!

We will also consider the potential effect of Coronavirus on the Premier League, and, therefore, our Fantasy teams.

        We are past three quarters of the season. If it is curtailed, the last rank should stand.

        I'm starting to think if it's stopped, people in my cash mini league will pay out how it stands?! - I'm currently 25 behind but have all chips compared to those above me who have none, so I'd feel hard done by, I'm probably just paranoid.

        I don't know anyone in my league either, strangers btw.

    Highly unlikely, games would be played behind closed doors and the season may stretch to the summer i think as league officials have proposed to postpone the Euros till next year.

        Yeah i expect a GW39/40 rather than the league halting. All 38 games should go as expected and Euros can be cancelled and start of next season delayed by having mid week games in place of Cup competitons maybe next season.

    If anyone comes back positive, both the Arsenal v Brighton and West Ham v Wolves games will be off then. May be postponed as a precaution anyway at this rate.

    I want my triple C back for Aubameyang for sure and contact the FPL. This is beyond anyone’s control but, by Damn, it was given under the premise of two games not One

        Believe it or Not.... I was was the victim of that deal too!

        Not as a TC but my regular captain.

        I don’t know how I am holding to a top 1% rank with my incredibly bad luck and my mini league rival hauled 49 points from Salah and now rakes huge points again. This is a reason to never play again.

            Yep, his 'improvement' would mean that only those who were able to be glued to their computers all day Saturdays, Sundays, and many Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings would be able to substitute players in a sensible way. Only complete nerds with nothing else in their life like a job, caring for people, a social life, need apply! Unbelievable at a time of international crisis, that anyone can be preoccupied with changes to FPL that would make it a game for 70,000 not 7,000,000.

    Ouch, that cancellation hurts. -4 to lose Vardy and effectively gamble on Sterling (C). Means no Salah captain. Makes me around 20 points worse Off. To make matters worse now everyone has Lundstram, Barnes and co off the bench for KDB. My replacement Cantwell. Can we be done with this year please

          And if you met someone who met someone who has/had it. I'm not joking. That second level contact. And if you've had first level contact most countries serious about this are enforcing quarantine in a medical facility. I'm in a place where people who've had FOURTH level contact have been traced and asked to put into self-quarantine

          Only if it's within the past fourteen days, I think, and only if close contact like the Arsenal players shaking hands. If today's postponed game had been on Friday, it would have gone ahead.

        So glad I opted for no DGW players this week. 84 points and caught up my ML rival. I would be clear of him had I not missed a deadline the week TAA got 24 points and I had him as 3rd sub.
