Agreed - looks good. Sterling a major punt (seems mad to write that given his record in previous years but hasn't been up to much yet this season) but could pay off big time. Benching Watkins is brave - I missed his hatrick 18 pointer vs Liverpool when he was my first unused sub. Still hurts. Got his brace versus Arsenal though. Still, if Foden starts he has the potential to haul. Good luck!

Yep, I go with the consensus here - Vardy the least appealing I think. Could well haul this weekend but as a more long-term pick I don't think he's the best. So much value in the cheaper bracket and would rather have Kane if splashing the cash.
Tough decision. Leaning towards vardy out just because I like watching the other three play.
That all makes perfect sense. But I will have Vardy cap against Fulham this w/e and feel comforted by that fact.

Digne news stings a bit because it leaves me with 2 defenders this GW. Digne > James & Jimi > Vardy worth a -8?
Nah. Not for a -8. Guess you've already used your FT. So either accept only getting 10 players out this GW or do a -4 to replace Digne. But don't bring James in vs Spurs. Can you afford a City defender? Much better fixture to repay the hit.

Rodriguez to KDB looks good on paper. I'd be inclined to leave it a week though because can see JRod delivering at home to a leaky Leeds. Gives you a week to assess whether City attack are actually worth jumping on - pretty underwhelming so far this season.

Soucek for sure. Or from the leftfield - maybe look at Trezeguet. I hear from a Villa fan that he's been performing well recently and is a goal threat. Should have bagged one at the weekend. Bit more expensive than Soucek though (@ 5.2m).
If I try and keep Kane and son I could do ziyech and zaha > kdb and soucek. Would have to rotate soucek with one of Dallas/ kilman/ lamptey/ Brewster then. Better plan?
Yes, I definitely like that plan better. Honestly, Soucek at that price is a great option. And I find Ziyech to KDB much easier to stomach. Son is a locked in starter and the highest scoring midfielder so far this season. Ziyech has looked good from limited game time but seems more likely to be rotated given Lampard's options. Zaha is out this GW anyway right (?) so seems sensible to use him to fund the upgrade.

Soucek is first on my bench (as I won't bench Watkins again after missing out on his hatrick haul vs Pool). But would have absolutely no hesitation in playing him and much happier having him on the bench that a 4.5m fodder with little/no attacking threat. Soucek's underlying stats are really good and his returns during project restart show what he's capable of.
I prefer Trezeguet.
Already own grealish and not keen on a double up.
A ok.Too many punts up to 5.3.Even Milner could work out.
