zøphar Blank Gameweek 18 is just around the corner, and I wanted to use this opportunity to present some picks I feel should be part of your squad if you are opting to use the Free Hit.
At the time of writing, there was a lot of uncertainty looming around Spurs so, for the purpose of this piece I steered clear of the two clubs.
After all, the best way to maximise a Free Hit squad is to base as much as you can on things you are certain about.

Basically people who got in Leeds and Southampton players for DGW19 are sweating hoping that Southampton / Shrewsbury 3rd Round FA Cup tie does not moved to DGW19 and Southampton / Leeds is postponed. i.e. Southampton and Leeds are left with only one game in DGW19.

Exactly. I've been telling people to wait to play any chips until tonight at the earliest. But get so much crap here for saying that. When Fabio Borges says he hasn't played his chips yet for GW18, the people on here are lauding him for his foresight.

WC18 and no chip/TC19 is the best imo.
Save FH for BGW29, and use your FT's after GW19 to build for a BB in GW26
An effective BB in 26 won't be easy without the WC in 25, and trying to 'build' your way there imo.
