The final match of Gameweek 27 sees Burnley play host to Leicester City at Turf Moor.

Kick-off is at 19:45 GMT.

A lot of captaincy hopes will be pinned on Wout Weghorst tonight, who once again leads the line in Sean Dyche’s 4-4-1-1 formation.

Elsewhere, there are three changes from the side that drew 1-1 at Crystal Palace on Saturday, with Charlie Taylor, Ashley Westwood and Maxwel Cornet coming in for the injured Erik Pieters, plus Jack Cork and Jay Rodriguez, both of whom drop to the bench.

The big news for Leicester is the return of Jamie Vardy as a substitute, which manager Brendan Rodgers addressed before kick-off.

“Hopefully he will get an appearance at some point. It was just too early for a start. He is there for the last 15-20 minutes if we need him.”

Harvey Barnes, meanwhile, replaces Ademola Lookman, who is benched alongside James Maddison and Kelechi Iheanacho.

GAMEWEEK 27 LINE-UPS

Burnley XI: Pope, Roberts, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Lennon, Westwood, Brownhill, McNeil, Cornet, Weghorst

Subs: Hennessey, Lowton, Collins, Bardsley, Long, Cork, Barnes, Rodriguez, Richardson

Leicester City XI: Schmeichel, Pereira, Amartey, Soyuncu, Thomas, Ndidi, Tielemans, Dewsbury-Hall, Albrighton, Barnes, Daka

Subs: Ward, Vestergaard, Choudhury, Mendy, Lookman, Perez, Maddison, Iheanacho, Vardy

Would have got 19 points (probably would have done Fernandes to son, maybe a Burnley defender for dalot and king to Weghorst for a -8.

I’m very happy with 56 points even though the week was poor.

    Play your own game

Gained about 30 points from the free hit chip. Pretty ok with that.

Thiago Silva nailed for CHE? Looking to save a bit of coin over Rudiger

It was Thiago from Liverpool who got injured in warm up

Not as nailed but still seems likely to play most particularly if Azpi is injured and Christensen injured/leaving. Shame the saving isn't that much over Rudi.

51pts, no FH. Dropped 2k places from 60k to 62k.

Boring week. Hopefully I can use my FH to my advantage in GW30.

Happy to have another game to choose from but still don't have to worry about carrying players from those teams.

Really struggling here? Zero funds and 1FT

    Pope
    Laporte, Walker- peters, Mee
    Son, Bruno, Sterling, Bowen
    Kane, Broja, Weghorst(c)

    Butland, Burn, Dendonca, Williams

I'm think Bruno to Salah but need to downgrade elsewhere for that?!?

I'd get rid of Sterling and use the funds to get Salah and a Chelsea defender. Maybe Raphinha, Rudiger and Salah in.

Bowen is currently the most sold player ahead of GW28 but if Soton win tomorrow as the bookies are suggesting is more likely, then you can just bench him for 28 and then has has a pretty good run of: AVL, TOT (in a BGW), EVE, BRE, BUR.

I mean personally I think Sotons game style suits West Ham as they're best on the counter

      Hoping for this outcome.

He let those of us who held down in GW26 so would be good if he could redeem himself in GW30!

Starting to think should I ditch cancello on WC as only plays 2 games DGW28-BGW30 whilst others like Liverpool & Chelsea play 4? I could swap for Robbo or James?

Going rudiger already but maybe James too over cancello

I'm going to keep him. City minutes per xG conceded is 140. Next best is Liverpool with 104 and Chelsea with 100. And he has the attacking potential.

Yeh agree but it’s just some teams will play twice as many games as City over next few weeks

Problem is the Tuchel comments yesterday on James weren't ideal for DGW28 (as he's probably the most exciting replacement for Cancelo):

"Reece James has a huge overload on his shoulders, the recommendation was to play him for 20 minutes and he played over 70 minutes. We were in good shape for the final, now we have a lot of players in overload, it is too much to talk about."

True! Maybe robbo better option over cancello then or even arsenal, Everton or spurs player

i have cancelo & robbo. I am getting Mendy in for the dgw for chelsea cover and play bb. Cant sell any of my defenders right now.

WC28 or save for 31-32 (feel it might be easier to navigate through the next 3 weeks and then wildcard)

Currently, I can take 1 hit GW28 and none after to get:

    5 doubles 28
    7/8 doubles 29
Should also get 9 players 30*

    Ramsdale
    TAA | Robertson | Cancelo | Rudi/Kilman* | Livra*
    Salah | Saka | Ramsay/JWP/Coutinho*
    Dennis* | Watkins*

    Bachmann | Bowen | DCL | Brownhill

      I would not do that...
You must have a lesser quality defender you could swap

I have a feeling that I will soon run out of luck. My hit cost has been -24 pts during last two weeks (only one FH and BB left) and I have managed to get two tiny green arrows. Now I am in strange situation again, I can't decide whether to take -12 and force BB or just roll. Usually good planning has helped, but this season has been crazy.

    DDG (Foster)
    TAA Cancelo Coufal Dunk White
    Bowen Foden Trossard Son Saka
    Broja Weg Kane

1 FT 1.9 ITB. WC, BB and 1 FH remaining. Should just WC this right?
