Chelsea and Man Utd set for Double Gameweek 34

Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers have been handed confirmation of the Gameweek 34 schedule.

The news comes after the completion of Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final, which has seen Chelsea progress after beating Crystal Palace 2-0 at Wembley.

As a result, Chelsea’s Gameweek 37 match with Manchester United will move to Gameweek 34 (Thursday 28 April).

That means Thomas Tuchel’s side will play West Ham (h) and Man Utd (a) in the next round of fixtures, while United will face Arsenal (a) and Chelsea (h).

There are implications for Gameweek 37, however, as Chelsea are now left with a single fixture (Leicester at home), while United will blank.

      I'm FHing myself, defence is looking like it'll be the same except Alonso will be bench cover and I have a strong midfield. Wondering if it's worth downgrading a couple of players for Ronaldo or not. This looks great though, I'd love to fit in Zaha but can't find the room!

        Yeah I think I prefer it too (also trying to fit in triple Chelsea and City). I said I'd use my FHs to ensure I cover myself with Salah but considering form I much prefer Jota if it looks like he'll start, and TAA and Robbo could cause damage with Everton's WBs being a bit light on pace.

        I think he is preferred for the bigger games (and rested beforehand if he's had a buildup of games) so perhaps that's an important take with the CL semi after next weekend (although he might be fine having had a rest against City)

    Chelsea advancing to FA cup final ruins the appeal of their even better DGW 36 fixtures. That Leeds game will surely present with limited minutes/rests.

    Am I the only one thinking that way? I suppose it doesn’t matter too much with FH’s in 36 and WC’s in play

      If you desperately want Salah (I've gone without him for several weeks now) then use a FT in GW35. With CL games, and a 5-man front line, I don't see why he's a must-have before then.
