Andy and Seb help Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers prepare for Double Gameweek 34 in the latest Scoutcast.

There’s no Joe this week, so Andy takes the reigns, hosting alongside Scoutcast regular Seb Wassell.

For those who still have their Wildcards remaining, the pair discuss potential drafts and players to target.

All things Chelsea and Manchester United are also debated ahead of those two teams’ Double Gameweek 34.

    I have WC, BB & FH left.

    Will WC 34 or 35. BB in 36.

    Is it better to plan FH in 37 or 38?

      Just digested the fixtures and I think it's better to BB in 37. Villa and Palace players make nice bench players in that week.

      So in you position I'd probably WC35, FH36, BB37

      Too early to make that decision when they are playing tonight. But I think I would go for Mount as he did well against West Ham and Arsenal earlier this season.

      Mount. Will always play.
      Havertz has been good, but with Lukaku returning from injury and Werner finally hitting a bit of form, minutes up top might be shared.

    Given United form I'm tempted to go Ronaldo, Raphinha, Doherty > Werner, Mount, Cancelo for -8. I have no chips so this 'mini WC' could help me to load up on Chelsea for their doubles. Thoughts?

      GW36 is not a real double. Expect heavy rotation due to FA cup final being played 3 days after Leeds. Also wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of rotation before that (gw34).

      I could be wrong of course.

      I think a -4 is enough.
      There is no rush with Doherty with your bench cover.
      Raph or Saka to go? Arsenal are poor.
      Agree that Mount and Werner are the one's to get first.

        Looking at Saka's underlying numbers over the last few weeks, I'm tempted to keep him against a United's horrendous defence.

        You definitely think Werner over Havertz? Timo could be explosive but slight concern over minutes...

      Laporte > TAA, Coutinho > someone cheap that doubles like Gordon/Dewsbury Hall.

      If you can do those moves it's good. I'd pick Dennis over Broja.

        Thanks. B gives me more of a bench. But Saka is a better pick then Martinelli and can get Davies or Mitchell next week. Which would mean playing one of them Schar and Broja for GW35 and 37 and benching the other which should be OK.

        I'm not keen on LEI players at the moment due to ECL games.

        I had VVD since GW26. I think I prefer Matip at 5.0m or find the funds to go Robbo for the 3rd Liverpool spot. Matip seems to be getting the league games and Konate favoured in the UCL/FAC.

        Laporte v Alonso is a debate I'm having at the moment. I like the upside of Alonso but xMins is the issue.

        You think Dennis is a better pick than Pukki?

          Pukki is a better Pick than Dennis. he will keep trying to the bitter end. I like Mateta even better if you are not to rise funds

          I am the same with Maddison. If they get knocked out then I will get him

          You could go Laporte/Alonso and Diaz? If you want three Liverpool.

          These are all things going on in my head too, and I have a BB left 🙂

            Yeah I prefer Pukki over Dennis at the moment. I would drop down to Mateta if I need funds for the other spots.

            When Diaz and Jota start, both are great picks but I'm not confident calling their xMins. I think both will rotate and Mane and Salah are the nailed picks in the front 3.

        I have Kulu since GW29 and is great value. Wondering is it better to go elsewhere, maybe consider Zaha.

        Rudiger probably fine for the mins but feel there are potentially better picks. Watkins is such a frustrating FPL pick this season! Not sure I would want to pay that much for a FWD.

          Yes it was dire. I have Son and Kane and mulling over what to do. But being Spursy means they can bounce back and when they do, this two are the points grabbers.

      I doubt he will start against Brighton. He will want Walker fully fit for the Madrid semi final. And with Dias back, Stones can always cover at right back.

          Very top heavy in defence (not necessarily bad, but defenders rarely haul).

          Would prefer Dennis to Gelhardt if you can afford him.
          Get rid of Coutinho (gone off the boil) and see if that allows a better upgrade in your forwards.

          It's easy to say 'Yes' but Stones and Ake have been outstanding as a partnership and don't deserve to lose their places.

          May be that Pep keeps Dias for the Madrid games and coming back from injury, rotates for PL games. I'm only guessing.

          Dias and Stones to rotate. I think Laporte and Cancelo are the nailed picks (and KDB and Ederson). The rest will rotate, which is why I will not go Foden or mahrez with the options available

        Are people really considering selling Saka?

        I really want to find a way to keep him. The fixtures are nice. He's performed well and was very unlucky not to score at the weekend but for Forster heroics.

        MUN whu LEE/tot new EVE

        Those are some of the best games to end the season and I intend to FH37. MUN is literally one of the best fixtures for attackers at the moment.

          He is a keep for me even though the team as a whole hasn't been great. Understandable if he is to make way for a Chelsea midfielder.

          I’m likelier to (reluctantly) sell Kulusevski. Having Kane helps. United and Arsenal’s doubles too good, and I have a sneaking feeling Moura might get a go soon.

          My only route to a Chelsea mid, unless I sell Jota instead. I admit I'm a bit more reluctant after that Utd performance. But Chelsea play them too, and I still have Martinelli

        My first go at WC (BB36 or 37) 2.1ITB

        Schmeichel/Ramsdale
        Alonso, TAA, Robertson, Cancelo, Laporte
        Salah, Havertz, Saka (Coutinho, Ramsey)
        Werner Mateta (Pukki)

        In GW36, move Havertz to Son and Werner to Wakins

        Could go Mendy> Ramsdale and use an Arsenal / Spurs/ Palace defender for Alonso, as there could be a rotation issue with FA Cup in GW36

        Any thoughts would be very much appreciated?

          Well rounded but I'd have a cheaper 5th defender than Laporte and that allows someone better than Coutinho.

            Thanks Camzy. I dont feel the need to punt on a Man City midfielder rotation with a BB, and with Leicester still in Europe I cannot go Maddison. Struggling who else to get. in 7.5-9m?

            Still don't know whether to punt on Alonso, or play safe with Mendy for guaranteed minutes. BB is killing me lol
