Welcome to the Fantasy Football Scout mini-leagues and community competitions round-up after Gameweek 2.

As well as the featured mini-leagues, it also reports the latest news about Last Man Standing (LMS), the Head to Head (H2H) Leagues and the recent update to the FFS Live Hall of Fame. Strikers Keepers Losers Weepers is covered by a separate series of articles.

FFSCOUT OPEN-TO-ALL LEAGUE

Drazen Kolbas is the new leader in our Fantasy Football Scout mini-league (league code trz3n7) after Triple Captaining Haaland in Gameweek 1 and then Bench Boosting in Gameweek 2. He is 80th overall.

He scored 123 in Gameweek 2 for a Gameweek rank of 65, with double-digit hauls from Jesus, Rodrigo, captain De Bruyne and Pope, despite leaving 30 points on the bench including a further double-digit haul from Henderson, and is 272nd overall.

LAST MAN STANDING

See this article for details of how to enter and play TorresMagic’s Last Man Standing competition (league code 88xxin). New entrants must have passed all the previous safety scores (see LMS Update).

The safety score for Gameweek 2 was 44, with 130 teams to be removed and 2,210 going through to Gameweek 3.

I’m in league 3 division 3 and am incorrectly down as losing week 1 because they have applied the GW1 scores from last season! Seems to be correct for GW2. Don’t know if that is the problem they are referring to.

The announcement of the Head-to-Head Leagues going live a week ago was a little premature.
Many teams were initially omitted and have since been added, but this involved reallocating teams to different Divisions and redrawing the fixtures. My own team was moved from Division 9 to Division 11 in League 6.
A number of teams are still missing and are likely to be added to League 9 soon, which will probably mean further changes to Divisions and fixtures in that League.

Points totals for all teams are shown in the H2H Leagues widget in the right-hand column of the FFS Home Page, but most of the details in https://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/head-to-head-leagues/ have not yet been updated since last season, so don't make any assumptions from that about your team's fixtures in Gameweeks 1 and 2.

Thanks. I have moved divisions twice so far! The information in the widget on the right hand side is also wrong as it's based on incorrect fixture data which you can see here:

        https://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/h2h/fixtures/2022/1

The data for week 1 is wrong as the scores are actually from week 2. I'm sure it will all get tidied up eventually.

https://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/h2h/fixtures/2022/2 shows the correct Gameweek 2 scores for each player,
but https://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/h2h/fixtures/2022/1 (which ought to show their Gameweek 1 scores) shows their Gameweek 2 scores again instead.

The match results for Gameweek 1 do not tally with their totals in the H2H Tables, and still wouldn't tally even if the correct Gameweek 1 scores were substituted for the incorrect ones.

For example, Phil Roper is shown as having lost both his first two matches, but if his Gameweek 1 match was corrected then he would have won that one, neither of which would result in a points total for the two Gameweeks of 1.

This suggests that the Gameweek 1 pairings shown in https://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/h2h/fixtures/2022/1 are probably incorrect, possibly because the fixtures were redrawn after Gameweek 1 when missing teams were added.

          This all needs further investigation.

MIR’s FFS Head-to-Head Leagues are now officially live, as reported in his hot topic.
All 9,510 teams in FFS H2H League-Entry (vhuv6z) have now been allocated to appropriate Leagues and Divisions and there are now 221 Divisions in League 9, ten of which include a Mr. Average team to make up the numbers.
Many teams have been moved to different Divisions since last week, fixtures have been redrawn, and Gameweek 1 match results have been corrected.

The H2H Leagues widget in the right-hand column of the FFS Home Page now shows the adjusted points totals, and https://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/head-to-head-leagues/ is also now up to date.

Three managers in League 1 (RoyArve Garvik, Geoffrey Dance and David Meechan) have won their first two matches, the highest ranked of these is RoyArve. He came 3,429th in 2014/15 and 9,231st last season, his lowest finish in the last eight seasons being 60,745th in 2015/16, and is 226th in our recently updated FFS Live Hall of Fame.

The league code for Top 10k Any Season in the article is incorrect. It should be 3xeisx, not 3xe1sx.
