            Sure.

            Re. BB, Walker and White are probably 8 points each at best (you don't really want more as it would mean your attackers would blank in Arsenal Vs City). Martinelli, probably 4 points, Ward 2. So 22 points on your bench would be a good return and a reasonable expectation.

            Mitto is bb bench imo.
            Still, recent bb shout.
            I guess, Ward is not going to keep cs and i am a sucker for å double for the goalie on bb bench, and tbh, those two city and arsenal defenders are not more than cs and they play each other (add Walker risking a benching too).
            Some advantaged to get it out your way can be argued.

                Saka's the one too isn't he? I just don't see Odegaard matching him over the next while and I don't think a second Arsenal def covers it either... Tough decision.

                    True yeah although I would have to go -8. Coming around to holding Fernandes vs Leeds either way, could easily score bigger than any Arsenal attacker for that double.

      You only have 5 players for that week and one defender.

      Even those 2 make it 7, may be worth considering a FH or wildcard instead.

      If not, they are two good transfers for both GWs.

      KDB imo for the long run.

      I think Mahrez is in better form atm, however I do think he is at risk of rotation with Foden, Alvarez, B silva being able to play in his position.

    I think kdb might not play the full game against villa. Probably 50-60 min as they have arsenal next match. Arsenal is choking and this is the best opportunity for city.

      I'm having way too much fun anticipating Rashford adding to his TC to get concerned about piffling few % gain the rest may get from Haaland away to Spurs.

        Net EO against me is 39.6% (I am 1.6m and there will be a lot of dead teams at this level). This could make a very big dent in my gains this week, making my TC Rashford a lot less impactful.

            Statistics mate! A higher score will still move me up, but the points against by anything Haaland does will mean that the gainz are much less, and it could actually be negative i.e. rank drop if he scores enough to offset any gainz Rashford gives me.

              I know all this, as do you I presume – but this is one week out of many. The same things you are saying will apply to many people going forward. You take the points early, middle, later, whatever – it all adds up to the final score.

          On the flip-side the positive EO differential for Rashford TC at your rank will be more impactful than it is at my rank or in the top 10k.

            Yeah definitely (137.7%). It would just suck to have the impact of TC negated somewhat in such a good GW for Rashford (assuming he hauls again). I am desperate to break into the top 1m so that there are fewer teams grouped together around the same points and I can start to climb more quickly.

              This is just one segment of your overall total against everyone else. Your triple captain is not 'negated'. it's just the score you got from it.

              See, at my rank net gain from Rashford TC is only 110%, and for top 10k 91%.

              So what you lose from Haaland is countered by what you gain from Rashford at you rank.

    1. Just a simple- Ake in for Cancelo or go elsewhere?

    2. Would- Saka in for Martinelli be a decent move for a -4 we reckon too? Thinking yes at this stage.

    I'm considering FH in 25.

    If I do my planned transfers this week I'll have 3 United and 3 Newcastle still plus Bueno (who got dropped today).

    I'm looking at a -4 to field 9. That ain't looking so hot not to mention any added injuries that might come up. I'd also have the benefit of being able to hold onto my Newcastle and United players who most will ship. It's an interesting thought.

      Exactly the same situation and still not considering FH just yet. I am lucky that one of my Newcastle is Pope, and Ward is my number 2 so at least I will have a playing keeper meaning I am technically just 3 United and 2 Newcastle with Bueno dropped (for the purpose of the BGW).

      Isnt GW 25 going to be a smaller blank than GW 28 or GW 32?

      I think you'll regret playing it now.

      A -4 to field 9 is okay. FH is more valuable than that 2 players + 4 points thwt hives you.

      You could always sell NEW/MUN players instead, too.

      I'd save your free hit for a double game week. Think of it this way: you can make sure that you've got 3 of the right players on the right teams, and the extra games that you get, if you pick the team right, will outweigh the two blanks that you'll field if you start 9 in 25.
