As much as Sterling is on song, he can be frustrating with a lot of misses. He is not prolific and his shots can be weak and easily tamed but has a knack to be at the right place at the right time, so thats the positive thing. Just reminding those who have shorter memory. 😛

Klopp won't play front 4 with Endo available and competing with Darwin. Not in FFS predicted line ups

        1. Critical Observer
          • 9 Years

Some fans of theirs are clamoring for Jota to start on the left with Darwin down the middle; Diaz apparently not in 100% health.

My plan was to add Diaz to my Salah and Jota but chickened out and went with more boring sheep-moves this week.

Early thoughts on this, three Chelsea stopped me from Richy straight to Sterling before price changes.

    Pickford
    Chilwell, Estupinan, Gusto
    Salah, Rashford, Saka, Richy, Diaby
    Haaland, Jackson

    Turner, Archer, Kabore, Beyer

    1 FT 0 ITB

    A) Richy > Mbembo
    B) Richy + Jackson > Sterling + Alvarez (-4)
    C) Richy + Rashford > Maddison + Foden (-4)
    D) Roll and have 2 FT for IB

I see having options as a bonus as opposed to a negative personally.

Next week Jackson / Alvarez can come in for Bowen or Mbeumo.

International break coming up too so good to have a decent bench if injuries occur.

Right now just need to decide whether to bench Alvarez or Jackson

Latest News: Mikel Arteta didn't offer any team news in Friday's presser but Arsenal don’t have too many known worries, with only Jurrien Timber (knee) and Mohamed Elneny (knee) on the long-term injury list. The Gunners also get Takehiro Tomiyasu back from suspension this weekend, following his Gameweek 2 red card. It's deja vu time again as we're asking the same old question: does Arteta keep the same defensive set-up as Gameweeks 1-3 or play Oleksandr Zinchenko as the inverted full-back and recall the ousted Gabriel Magalhaes at centre-half? It all seems to hinge on Zinchenko's fitness after his lengthy lay-off but he does now at least have over half an hour of pitch-time to his name following his introduction against Fulham last weekend, so the Ukraine international moves ever closer to that long-awaited recall. If Thomas Partey isn't needed as an inverted full-back and returns to the midfield alongside Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard (reuniting the central three from the Community Shield), then it's looking like a straight shootout between the misfiring Kai Havertz and the in-form Eddie Nketiah up top. It should be a straightforward choice but, as Arteta has proven in the opening month, he's not that easy to second-guess. Gabriel Jesus has barely kicked a ball since he recovered from a knee injury, so substitute duty might beckon again for the Brazilian.

Wouldn't bring in Diaby this week personally over the other midfield options.

Love it but serious benching headache every week. Are you not tempted to downgrade one of your fwds to avoid the hassle and keep the money itb to give you flexibility to move in many different directions when there is the inevitable flurry of injuries over the international break

I respectfully disagree-- I see the possibility of a benching 'headache' as a positive, giving more options ahead of an international break and any potential injuries. I'd rather miss out on the points than see wrestle with a team riddled by injuries with money in the bank.
