Our Members Videos continue with another installment ahead of the Gameweek 17 deadline.

This week, Scoutcaster Andy North is joined by Chris James for a live stream.

In the week when everyone is thinking of shipping Erling Haaland (£14.0m), Chris has already pulled the trigger.

He’s also considering putting the captain’s armband on Son Heung-min (£9.6m) ahead of Spurs’s Friday night trip to Nottingham Forest.

But Andy and Chris are also on hand to help you with any of your own dilemmas. The video is available to watch at 8:15pm UK time via the embedded link below.

There was also a live Q&A on Friday if you’re in the mood for more visual offerings, plus a whole host of other content in the Gameweek 17 playlist.

Solanke on the bench? Garnacho starting?

Swap those two, then sell the guy you own from Man U, and don't buy him again 😀

Ye I guess Solanke is safely coming in.

Still for the 1% risk I would never bench him ahead of Garnacho. And play Udogie over Garnacho too.

Martinez I think, because as good as Newcastle are at home, Fulham have scored 10 goals in their last two games. It's a tough decision though.

From the nature of a bone stress injury. That's the kind of injury that becomes a stress fracture at the blink of an eye— it’s an overuse injury. Playing through pain will be worse in the long term and the only thing to improve it is to rest. The longer you don't rest it, the worse it gets, and the longer the recovery. Big man Erling is 1.94m 90 kilo Norwegian monster, he needs to be kept off his feet as much as possible than most with an injury like this. Now you think Pep risks him against Palace who sit 15th?

Quit speculating and let the man sip Sangrias by the beach.

If you believe that story fair enough, believing it to somehow justify making the move though is Bizarre, Pep has a reputation, he has it for a reason but sure, he’s injured….

Makes no sense to stomach another swing in price changes when team value has already taken a hit through the season, and the writing is on the wall for the players being moved anyway?

Sorry but .1 is not going to make or break your season regardless of what your SV is now, why don’t you just grow a pair and make the move instead of these odd justifications?

          1. Ibralicious
            • 11 Years
            2 years, 1 day ago

If you grow a pair and quit making excuses to brush aside a serious injury by saying it's just "a story", without looking into the implications of a bone stress injury, which should be all the information you need in the first place. Yeah, if you do all that first, then maybe, and only maybe, I'd follow suit

I don’t doubt there is an injury but I do doubt Haaland has one, it’s just Pep being Pep to give a player who’s had injuries in the past a nice winter break after a hectic schedule and before a hectic period, they didn’t need him to beat Luton or in a dead CL rubber but you/we’ll see soon enough.

BTW, today was a recovery session, he didn’t really need to be back for that, if he trains tomorrow, I wouldn’t sell.

Will wait it out since we're hours away from the presser, but Pep's unlikely to reveal anything, so it's got to come from those ITK.

Going to wait it out and be very unhappy if the baldie has been lying all along.

Got a feeling it never was a serious injury. He has over used both Haaland and Alvarez so far this season and Haaland needed a rest in a couple of easy fixtures.

any spurs' fans around? trying to decide between kulu and richy.

when bissouma, sarr and Son leave is it more likely that the front 6 will be:

    Gil Richy Johnson
    Skipp/Lo celso Hojberg Kulu

    or

    Johnson Richy Kulu
Skipp Hojberg Lo celso? so basically will Kulu be forced back to the wing or not

Is it mad that I want to Triple Captain Salah. I feel it could be one of those humiliating games for Man U. They're looking very vulnerable right now

not sure liverpool's attack is at their best right now, would be a bit hesitant.

but i mean even if he gets "only" 8-ish you're likely to be missing out on no more than 6-7 points anyway so go for it if you think its a game liverpool will score 3/4+ goals. its a pretty useless chip

He’s attacking but fixtures a mixed bag and he’s a bit of an injury doubt I think?

Chelsea fixs are great but they are a disaster so think il avoid Colwill.
Myko- a good option IMO Everton solid but tough fixtures
Konsa- villa going well so prob best option?
Possibly a Bournemouth def with their fixtures?

Chelsea will get better and dream run of fixtures which will include a couple of clean sheets

Nailed with Reece out for a good while. Also very attacking.

Gusto isn't nailed. Should be first choice but Disasi and Cucurella can play there.

Disasi is CB no? Has he played as a RB in Chelsea? Cucurella is LB. And not a very good one. Would be very suprised if he was to play RB all of a sudden.
