Definitely would avoid another City defender...their constant late goal leakage is so frustrating. Villa has a lot of decent options with a pretty nice run of fixtures. Gusto could be solid if he nails down that position while James is out (which seems to be always).

Have you never heard of a professional game being called due to weather? Happens in baseball all of the time. No stats get counted. What would be the logic of counting stats (and hence fantasy points) of a game that was called off, and is to be replayed. It's a weird blip of an event in footie, but the reverse outcomes, giving fantasy points for a game that has been "reset" would defy logic and reason.

I think that there are very few circumstances for which an abandoned game would not be fully replayed. The one that occurs to me is if the fans cause it to try prevent a result that will cause their team to be relegated.

It was always going to be the outcome. Why it took the PL so long to announce it is what delayed FPL acting.
