I would trade Watkins back in for GW26
If that's the case and there are no other fires to put out, then yes not a bad choice. Would also not be surprised if Watkins outscores him over 24 & 25 though. Tough.
Darwin until 25 but that's only on a WC. I would keep Watkins if I had him rather than get Darwin.

Any zinchenko news? This mf is 3rd highest scoring defender but he's never fully fit. Absolute gold when he is playing though.
I have no news, but that is ongoing minor injury, so he is good asset to keep and start, but bench needs to be okayish at least (owner).
Can get to this in gw26 without using any chips and one -4…

How bad will be not having KDB if you can get all Haaland, Foden, Jota, Darwin and TAA?
Not that bad. But I would get triple City. Get Gvardiol or Ake.
The thing is I have Haaland, Foden, TAA. The route to Darwin and Jota is pretty easy and requires only one hit over next two GWs. City def in means additional hit this or next week.
Doing Porro/Spurs/Che defense > City defense in 25 nets you 2 extra fixtures over 25 and 26.

Toney is a good, even excellent player, but his team is so poor that it makes him much, much less of an exciting asset.
the flip side is if they score you are almost sure he will be involved, and on set pieces too. I dont see many goals next few fixtures but im sure they will score and he will return something. The other options even with a fixture less do look more attractive on paper.
It’s a goal heavy season. No one is keeping clean sheets, not even top sides. On a gw I’d have him.

What are the chances that Bradley gets his chance at RB and Trent moves into midfield with Slobo out ?
Seems logical, but until you see it actually done, you are a first mover.
TAA is no longer a kid, so the RB position should be Bradley. This lets Klopp use TAA for his best value as a distributor.
Klopp could show England how to use TAA with this move.
Maybe Klopp should be the England coach this summer and Southgate go coach teams in the Championship. Huddersfield and Birmingham City are more Southgate's speed than England.
Think of how to get TTA in this gw, but funds an issue.....so might go Jota first, then if Bradly starts again vs BUR, could then bring him next next gw....

Burnley visiting Liverpool seems perfect for a 5-0 thumping. Arsenal just dominated Liverpool, they should thump West Ham.
Depends on Liverpool coverage. Do you like Jota for multiple weeks. Liverpool might get Salah back, you might want to go Saka to Salah on Friday.

Darwin - the logic
I see some very smart FPL players with this player. Top 1K type guys are sitting on Darwin.
But my guiding metrics say No.
Darwin is like owning Gabriel Jesus. He will always have great XG NP and XA. Occasionally return, but the man seems not to score.
Last year (i deserve derision) I went 3C on Bruno because his XG + XA + Jammy PKs. Got blanked in a DGW. The rest of FPL went Rashford and got 50 Pts. My season was already trashed in 2022, I partially went Kamikaze because I wanted to be lone "genius" with Bruno. I lost my Mini League by 130 Pts, so this decision alone approximately was 1/3 of my deficit.
He passes the eye test with flying colors. The fixtures are there and he might still be on pens with Salah out. He is not like Gabriel Jesus. He produces far more xG and gets more big chances.
You have to bet on potential, and Darwin has that in buckets. All it takes is a few chances going in and he's on double digits with the opportunities that Liverpool create. It's worth rolling the dice imo.
