I was going to BB this week with the below.

Raya / Saka / Havertz / Romero (possible transfer in)

Take a hit to remove Saka or Raya? Maybe Johnson? I have all the other usual's.

Saka is a doubt for Sunday?

    Thanks

Is it me, or do these 'pundits' actually reveal nothing.

A few options, a few reasonably template arguments for and against, and a good luck.

It's so middle of the road and averse of any risk or position, I'm not sure if it adds value.

    Personal of course.

I know what you mean. Suspect it's partly to keep their options open and avoid criticism if they change their mind last minute.

Yeah, but then I ask you: 'is it worth it'?

Would Keane or Carragher be where they are if they were bland, grey and middle of the road?

You can't be a 'pundit' and worry about criticism. Your opinion matters to me, whether I agree with you, or not.

No opinion, is not an option or you're not a 'pundit'.

Fpl punditry 101 mate, always stand between the line and suggest options.. can understand why tbh, because of so many clowns blaming and cursing them, if their suggested option doesnt work out.

They should be above that - I want to hear what the experts think, and why.

If I choose to listen, is totally my own decision.

They aren’t experts. It’s a game of luck where you make calls based on hunches. Data plays a part but there’s absolutely nothing that says KDB will score 18 pts this week versis 2pts other than he eats his shreddies, feels good and the opponent has an off day.

        What?

That's nonsense. Someone is labelled an expert or pundit based on their experience and previous body of work.

As such they are paid to provide their arguments and opinions on matters relating to their experience.

Luck and guesswork are totally irrelevant champ.

Don’t get me wrong, people who trawl every press conference and stay on top of the game week to week will score higher. People who forecast out and plan likewise. IF they’re lucky and nothing goes wrong (like this season kicked off with me getting a red flagged player every week for five weeks)!

This is where high scores and good pundits aren't synonymous. Just look at Michael Owen.

Fairly frustrating to see. If I wss given an article I know I can write some fairly insightful things, as I used to over 10 years ago. But my actual scores are awful because I either rush or dont listen to myself. Scores really shouldnt be used to define the 'pros'.

      Try and get Haaland in.

Not sure how. Best I can do is:-
      Hojlund Bruno Schar Walker to
Haaland Garnacho Livra Taylor but that might be a bit short

Alternatively Schar to Burn and roll the other FT
