As we count down the days to Saturday’s Premier League kick-off, the Carlos Tevez – Sergio Aguero conundrum has become a major issue for Fantasy managers after the former’s scintillating strike and strong display against Chelsea in Sunday’s Community Shield.

Having looked at the City midfield area in Monday evening’s Technical Area piece, we now turn our attentions to the Argentine duo’s performance against the Blues but first of all, we use the Members Area Comparison Tool to gauge their respective displays over the final four Gameweeks of 2011/12 to look for the similarities within Roberto Mancini’s new formation:

    Can't find the £0.5 for my team. Want Rafael but can only afford Hangeland as I have Terry and I want to have a £7 defender in my team all season so I can easily get Baines, Vidic or Verm in. I could downgrade Cuellar to a £4 but there aren't a lot of choices.

      I got rid is because he had a pretty poor pre reason and was less that convincing in the Charity Shield. You never know though...

      All depends on the type of people who own him. If anything, you want players with casual ownership, as they're less likely to drop.

      Has to be Ramires. £2m cheaper and Ramires will play a more advanced role. So effectively ur paying £2m extra for penalty taking. Use the £2m up top.

        That is my fear, but it is mainly for the DGW then a transfer a week. Transfer addict you see, and it allow me to fit in the likes of RVP/Rooney/Aguero/Tevez and a big midfielder once the dust settles and we see how things are going.
