After a record day for traffic on the site, we’re expecting a further surge for this morning’s crunch before deadline. As a result, we’ve opened our Surgery Chatroom nice and early to help relieve the pressure on comments and give you the option of real-time feedback.

A reminder to our members that the members area has its own domain at members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk should we experience any issues on the main site this morning.

The wait for the new season is almost over, the urge to carry out last minute tinkering building. We’ll follow this up with the first Pre-amble of the season and there we’re over to the Dugout Discussion just before the fist kick-off at 3pm. Exciting.

    First of all well done FPL for not going balls up like last year.

    Happy with my team but not happy about benching Graham, but I prefer N'Zog to tear up new boys West Ham.

      Props on the differentials - but the GKs do not rotate, and given Pool's fixtures Reina is too expensive. Harte a rotation risk.

      Mata imho - but I reserve the right to change my mind after GW4

      I think Mata will be playing consistently further forward and although Lampard will score the usual odd goal on the burst i think he will struggle to hit previous heights
