With Frimpong sidelined and Joe Gomez and Conor Bradley only fit enough for substitute duty, the Liverpool boss has confirmed that Dominik Szoboszlai will start at right-back tonight.

New boy Giovanni Leoni takes his place among the substitutes.

      Not sure if you read my reply yesterday so I will write this again. There are much better options than Grealish and you already have one punt in Dango. I like more players in your B team than A.
      No need to go all rogue with your FH, play by the odds.

        Thanks for your replies. Though I would say I'm playing by the odds in my head. Not attempting to go rogue! What's wrong with Grealish and Dango?

        I'm not sure there's such a thing as a "punt" in a FH week unless you're unsure of minutes. But I think Dango and Grealish will get plenty of minutes and seem like great options for one week only given their fixtures. Everyone else seems just as punty since I don't know what's going to happen! Who would you say is better and why?

      That would be the way to do it, but double price rises are rare, so the priority would be to ensure you get the players you actually want before they rise. If you get a 0.1 rise and then sell that player for a player who already rose by 0.1, you've lost 0.1. Innit

      Yes. That's what I'm doing, though doesn't always lead to gains. Tried last year during an IB but there was very little movement. There seems to be more now but likely to retain several of those due to rise.

    Very tempted to do Palmer to Johnson tonight to catch his price rise. Very little chance Palmer plays next week is there. Although he was out and about at Notting Hill carnival today walking fine.

    Heavily debating Palmer + Porro + Watkins to Haaland (C) + Anderson + Romero IF Palmer is out. I dont have any united players to captain and I dont trust Salah (and definetely not vs Arsenal).

    Alternatively I could punt on Pedro (C) and just do Palmer to Semenyo.

    Thoughts?

      Would not bring in Gakpo before Arsenal. If Isak joins it might change the dynamic of the team as well. My take is to keep Wirtz at least for the burnley fixture.

    Is there nowhere to see how many hits you've taken this current GW? I have to work it out by looking at how many transfers I've made vs how many I had at the start of the GW (which I also have to work out)?

        Just takes me to the points tab, which gives me an overview of GW2.

        Why should you have to remember? You might take a hit on Sunday, then log back in on Friday looking for orientation, and it only say 0 FTs, nothing about hits.

        I think I've taken a -44 so far, but it's not really important for me to know as I'll be FHing or WCing before the deadline (hopefully!)

          Right, but it's you still have to find it, and also calculate how many FTs you had, and then calculate the difference. Seems to me like it should just be there on the Team and/or Transfers tab

            When you're on the Transfers Page, look across the top near the right and you'll see "Players selected Budget and Free Transfers'. Is that what you're looking for?

                Beside the Free Transfers there's a Cost section. Does that not add up the cost of the hits taken this week? Don't know because I haven't taken any hits.

                  Nope. It says the cost is 0 pts. But the cost so far is (I think) 44 pts this week. I might log in before the deadline and think "wow, my team is great! No need to hit the WC button!" having completely forgotten that I made 9 transfers this week!

                    The "cost" shown is for whatever transfers you are proposing on the screen now. Which is necessary. But there's no visible summary of what you've done so far this GW (how many transfers and what it cost). Seems silly and could cause mistakes to be made in certain circumstances

      I said it pre-season; he got 23 attacking returns in Germany last season but that would certainly tumble in the EPL. He makes nice shapes but there's little end product.
