Five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman is here to help with your pre-deadline dilemmas for the next hour.

Whether it’s questions on transfers, team selection, chip strategy or anything in between, Scout’s Deputy Editor will tackle whatever’s thrown at him.

He’ll be on hand to first reply to requests from Premium Members in the Hot Topic below the line of this piece and will get through as many as he can until the next article goes up.

    Thoughts on my WC team?

    GW 6 will be a FH to bring in Haaland. But by then I’ll have transfers built up to bring him in anyway.
    
BB in gw 5.
    
1.5m still in the bank for flexibility. I like the budget mids as they’re all attacking and good for BB in 5:


    I’m favouring a strong defence for set and forget.

    I can downgrade Pedro to Richarlison who has better fixtures over the next 3-4 and is on pens likely.

    Upgrade Paqueta to Gakpo or Mbuemo. Thoughts?

        Current transfer thoughts:

        Pretty set on Sarr to Reijnders. This leaves the option open not to FH6, try rolling 2FTs into GW6 and pivot premiums from Salah to Haaland.

        Undecided with the 2nd FT:
        1. upgrade Esteve or downgrade Murillo/Porro to one of Senesi/Lacroix
        2. Guiu to Mateta
        3. Roll FT

          I'd probably roll and keep some flexibility. I'm curious to see whether Guiu starts. Not sure how Palace will respond to being without Sarr/Wharton in terms of creativity and buying Mateta gets you closer to FH6. Defence looks fine this week as well, it would feel like a luxury transfer.

            I don't think Guiu starts, probably comes on early for Pedro. I would probably sell Mateta to Haaland in 6 if I wanted to save the FH. A defender transfer would allow me to start him ahead of Guiu/Anderson/Murillo/Esteve (whichever defenders staying in my team)
