It’s time for another team reveal as we approach Gameweek 14 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).

Rob Mayes – who you can find here on X – has nine consecutive finishes inside the top 30k, which means he ranks sixth in our Career Hall of Fame.

GAMEWEEK 13 REVIEW

FPL Gameweek 13: Saturday’s goals, assists, bonus + ‘DefCon’ points

Gameweek 13 went about as well as I could have hoped. I didn’t play a chip, but still came away with a really nice green arrow, 60 points and a jump up to 88k.

I’ve still got both the Triple Captain and Free Hit to use over the coming weeks, so fingers crossed I can push on.

The transfers also landed on the right side of luck – bringing in Phil Foden (£8.1m) for Enzo Fernandez (£6.7m) paid off straight away.

    Which two to bring in?
    A) O’Reilly & Foden
    B) Timber & Anderson

Best 4.4m defender for next few weeks?

Like MUN’s fixtures but can’t afford Shaw or De Ligt (who seem safest). Dalot worth the risk? Have a reasonable bench if he doesn’t play

Van Hecke a great option for 4.4

Amad, Dalot, Mazraoui and Dorgu competing for WB spots.

Dalot tends to get mins off the bench if he doesn't start.

I think that FFS needs a FH team reveal up until the end of December.

That said, the Scout Squad selection is the resident writers FH team.

I reckon there will be a lot of hits this week, so feel ok taking one. Still have two red flags though.

It’s so strange. I’ve felt like I’ve had to make transfers every week when others have been rolling. Then, this week, when everyone is taking hits, this could be first roll of the season.

    Sorry if has been discussed.

    Play Semenyo or Thiago?

    TIA.

Semenyo… why would you not play Semenyo?

Thanks, seems obvious, but BOU not on fire atm and EVE strong. Can Thiago take advantage of ARS defensive depletion?

I’m playing both as I have no choice, but Semenyo for sure.

Same. I sort of wish I didn’t have to start Thiago against Arsenal. But on the positives, Thiago is nailed and Arsenal’s two main CBs are out so you never know.

I don't have to play both but if I chose to do that I'd have to lose one of Enzo, Eze, Mbuemo, Foden. Not really sensible.

      Last chance for Semenyo

Sounds ungrateful given his early season, but if form dips we are off, right. That's why we love it!!

Arsenal will continue conceeding while Gabriel is injured. Therefore, if Brentford do score, who is most likely to be the scorer. I think it's a plausible gamble to play Thiago if u can't play both. Semenyo and Bournemouth have been out of form just lately.

Thanks. That’s what I’m on atm. Just wondering if it’s worth swapping Senesi for someone so that I have back up in case one of my first 11 get rested.

Already did Senesi to Thiaw for FT, anything worth -4?

    Raya
    Timber - Lacroix - Thiaw
    Saka - Semenyo - Mbuemo - KDH
    Haaland - Woltemade - Mateta

    Dubravka - VdV - Gudmundsson - I Sarr

No. Looks good, but you don't know what you're gonna get from Spurs. Home advantage will help big time though. GL.

Rijnders > Elliot Anderson worth a -4 or play one of the following:-
    Tosin v Leeds away
    Thiago v ARS away

I'd probably play Thiago given ARS defense issue.

Anderson plays more defensive in a kind of double pivot. I was studying his touches map earlier. I think you are chasing PTS if you get him as defensive midfielders rarely continue to return decent points week in week out. I would go Thiago

Don't have any Ars defence. Is it necessary?

Not necessary but Timber worth considering.

    A Timber (now overpriced imo)
    B O'Reilly
    C Thiaw
    D VVD
    E Van Hecke
