There’s two tasty fixtures on the bill today, as the Dugout Discussion opens for the second installment of Gameweek two. We start at the Britannia Stadium as Stoke City host Arsenal, and the team news is in…

Stoke XI: Begovic, Wilkinson, Huth, Shawcross, Wilson, Pennant, Cameron, Whelan, Kightly, Walters, Crouch.

Arsenal XI: Mannone, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Diaby, Arteta, Podolski, Cazorla, Gervinho, Giroud.

Having been cleared to play, new signing Geoff Cameron makes his Potters debut in midfield. The visitors are without Wojciech Szczesnydue to a rib injury, so Vito Mannone is between the sticks. There’s a first league start for Olivier Giroud, with Theo Walcott the player making way.

Following that game we move to Anfield, where bottom of the league Liverpool welcome the visit of the Premier League champions Manchester City.

    Made the call to swap out Torres for RVP and captained him over Tevez.
    Have shed a few points (I'm assuming Tevez will hit same 11 as Torres vs RVP's 9) but I think I'd probably have made the same decision nine times out of 10 in the same circumstances.

    Last week: 3 clean sheets remained unused on the bench (1 GK and 2 DF).
    This week: 1 GK and 2 DF don't play, 3 subs come on with NO clean sheets between them!

    Can't wait for those swings and roundabout to head back my way 😛
