Why are there loads of rises in the international break? I have missed something... The prices are raised by kneejerking good performers from recent gameweek, so how does an international break make more rises?

players who do well the gw before the int break are transferred in like crazy. There are 2 weeks for people to do this and plus people play wildcard so increase in transfers

I think simply due to a 2 week break more people get transfer happy and WC or make multiple transfers.
Open ControlsI've always thought that there are immediate kneejerkers post game who massively transfer in some players, then there is a relative pause until the last team news the night before the games and then is the second wave of mass transfering. The lenght of the period doesen't matter.

as an example let's say a player needs 85,000 transfers to rise next. he's more likely to get those transfers over 2 weeks than 1, because there's more time for people to do it. the knee jerks during a break, especially if your team goes into that long break having done badly the week before

I have a wee bit of a dilemna. I currently sit on 156 which is an above average start but I currently own Torres Ivanovic and Pogrebniak.
My issue is I'm trying to get in Baines and RVP. Can anyone suggest the best way? I'm considering a 12 pointer over a wildcard.
