Our Members Area now includes updated projections for the remaining matches of the season as a whole and the next six Gameweeks.

Although these were originally devised as pre-season projections, we’ve worked with Chris Atkinson’s Rate My Team model to ensure that we keep them ticking over and have been updating on a weekly basis. We’ll endeavour to keep that up, although our current aim is to implement the full Rate My Team functionality – work continues on that behind the scenes, with the aim to have RMT delivered to our Members for their January Wildcards.

Just to stress that the projections listed are to cover the remaining matches eg: if a player is listed as scoring 10 goals, these are in addition to the goals he may have scored up to Gameweek 4.

Thinking 3-5-2 might be a better formation than 3-4-3 this year.

Lots more value in midfield this year, with relatively cheap prices.

Hazard, Bale, Cazorla, Kagawa, Yaya Toure, Ben Arfa, Michu, Dyer etc.

Lots of people spending £6.0m on their third striker, but tempted to downgrade and select five from the above.

  but then you are left with a 4.5 forward who doesn't play a minute. Pog might be an option at I think 4.9 now, but you are really only saving about 1.5m. Not much you can upgrade in Mid for 1.5m unless you are upgrading a mid price to a high price, as in 8-9.5 etc.
  
  4.5 mids to a 6m mid there isn't much pickings.
