Better late then never. In truth, thereโ€™s nothing comfortable about this one. We had some nightmarish technical issues that had me tearing at my receding hairline tonight but, we got it done. Just.

The route of the problem was a change of scenery, as Granville and I resorted to staying on home territory to record this latest episode. There was a chance it would end in tears; it almost did.

It is, at least, a bumper episode, with just over 45 minutes of myself and Granville grumbling amidst the regulars on Wednesday evening. With his three point lead at the top of our mini-league, the fact is I couldnโ€™t bear to face my Mancunian rival to discuss the merits of an early wildcards versus points hits, lament the demise of Carlos Tevez and chat about Granvilleโ€™s night attire.

Grab this online experiment here, or stream using the handy player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

my team is seriously lacking captain options that I am thinking about captaining baines:

    here's my front 9:

    Baines
    Hazard
    Yaya
    Pineear
    Guthrie
    Michu
    Tevez
    Torres
    Berba

Would you guys swap Britton and Defoe/Ba for Pienaar and Pog? Would leave me with a front line of Bale Kagawa Carzola Hazard Pienaar Defoe and Tevez

If you can do it for Defoe then yes. Wouldn't if you have to lose Ba.

Tevez / Defoe / Pog isn't the most inspiring lineup of strikers.

final attempt on some feedback before the gameweek.

    how does my team look?

    Juss
    Rafael/Baines/Cuellar
    Hazard/Pienaar/Santi/HBA
    Tevez/Defoe/Berba

    Foster/Davies/Davies/Guthrie

    How is it all looking?

I have 1.8 in the bank still. I am thinking of updating defence somewhere or updating guthrie but not sure…

Can I see him giving his in form striker at least 45 minutes against the worst defence in the league to not risk one of his most important players when it may not be necessary? Yes. I may have phrased the question with a slight bias.

Naah it was all good, just discussing. I personally think Anichebe is not on form at all. 1 goal from 10 shots against 10 men swansea and looked poor against Leeds. Jelly also looked very in form so I dont think it is any kind of risk playing him. I maybe see a 80 min sub for Jelly as a more likely version. But I am bias too as I will bring Jelly in ๐Ÿ™‚

Didn't see the Leeds game so I'll trust you on that one.

For me he seems like the best choice as Baines would mean a hit for me and I dont think he is worth it. And I got no Mids to get rid of.
I also am a big fan of a differential, but I am getting scared he may be another Adebayor for me. That is why I was hoping for at least some word from the scouts.

Comparison tool shows Suarez better than tevez.
Also projections show Suarez will be the highest point accumulator from all forwards in the next six games.

    So choose one:

1 tevez to Suarez for free
2 mark, Granville, the tools are broken! Please fix. It's Suarez FFS.

Play Ruddy (LIV) or West Ham (qpr)?

Play Gunter (NEW) or McAuley (avl)?

    Thanks. xoxo

If was cheaper he'd be worth a punt, but without looking i think he is the second most expensive mid, it's too much to risk.

Am I good to go this for this weekend pals ?

    Mignolet
    Zabaleta - Saylor - Baines
    Santi - Michu - Hazard - Pienaar
    Suarez (c) - Tevez - Berbs

subs: Foster - Dyer - Demel - Clyne

Already used my ft to get Suarez in.
Would it be wise to get rid of Zabaleta to get a decent def for this gw for a hit ? Or maybe I should play Demel instead of him ?
    Thanks for replies.

I like your team. I think stick with Zab, if he doesnt play Demel is a decent alternative. Man City may be a good bet for their first clean sheet this season against fulham i feel. Any chance you can look at my team below?!

Are you serious? They never do much Sky talk or Sky articles. I think they've got the balance right. Does it really inconvenience you that much. Besides, if it is for money then that means they will have more capitol to invest in new site features (like a comment filter)

I dont think you need to WC any time soon, you got a decent team. I would consider selling Tevez and one of the keepers next week, but no hits needed for this gw.

The link above will walk you through the process. If you have troubles, ask. But if I can do it, you can.

Bit of a Luddite, I am.

Cole gives you the best chance of offensive returns - albeit only slightly - imo.

Granville/Mark: With the burgeoning success of the site, have either of you run in to someone who has realized who you are? Y'know, people who didn't know beforehand ... but just realize it as conversation gets going?

    Just wondering.
