Cherish this time. Next weekend we’ll be without all this and be faced with squaring up to real life without Fantasy Football as a distraction. With the last international break still in memory, it’s not something I’m generally looking forward too.

Let’s make the most of the final hour or so, then. Get into our Saturday Surgery chatroom and leak your “innermosts” in front of your Fantasy football peers in real-time.

Before you find yourself gripped by the deadline stress, why not take five to take in Andy’s Catch-Up of all the key coverage we served you this week. Pop back here in a bit for another “Pre-match Preamble” and stick around for the Dugout Discussion that kick’s off just before the City game gets our Gameweek moving.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Could do with some help out of which to play;

    G Johnson or Gallas
    Y Toure or S Fletcher

Have found myself with too many players I want to play this week!

I wish I could! Already got Gibbs and Baines as the other two defenders, and Michu, Mata, Fellaini, Cazorla, Ba and Lambert in the team and don't want to drop any of them.

Happy enough with GJ, but I just keep thinking Citeh won't keep a clean sheet and Fletcher's the only Sunderland one who will score!

Is the general concensus that Newcastle vs man utd is going to be high scoring as they are both great going forward and shite at the back?

if so, surely RVP is a better choice than Bale for the armband. Aston villa are likely to sit back and park the bus

Newcastle are tight at home.. They are setup in a manner wherein they wont concede many. Villa just do not have that set up. Even if they park the bus, they'll have to attack when Tottenham score a goal

Have you watched Villa this year? They play possession football (57% to Man City's 43% the other week - at the Etihad), but certainly don't park the bus! Leave themselves totally over exposed at times.

It's a tricky one though, for sure.

I know Ridgewell is a doubt and Berba unlikely so ideally Sterling and Clyne will come in - but should i start either of them?

Who to play between Pienaar (Wigan away) and Sterling (Stoke home)!!

My heart says Sterling because he is at home nailed on to start and could cause Stoke a few problems with his unpredictability

My head says Pienaar, playing in an inform team against a team they should beat and a class player on his day

Tossed a coin on this dilemma yesterday and it went in favour of Sterling - should I stick or twist on this?

Great mids, you are right to drop Fletcher!

Mata is in great form so it makes sense and a great differencial, great picks!
