Just the one game to entertain us this Sunday, as Norwich welcome Sunderland to Carrow Road. The Black Cats Fantasy assets have a perfect platform to grab our attention ahead of their double Gameweek, though they have a tough task on their hands – the Canaries have registered clean sheets in each of their last three home matches:

As always, our Dugout Discussion is open ahead of the 4pm kick-off, with the team news as follows:

Chris Hughton names the same starting XI that drew 1-1 at Everton in midweek, with Ryan Bennett continuing to deputise at centre-half for the injured Michael Turner.

Norwich Starting XI: Bunn; Whittaker, Bassong, R. Bennett, Garrido; Snodgrass, Johnson, Tettey, Pilkington; Hoolahan; Holt

For Sunderland, James McClean earns a recall to the first-team. Seb Larsson moves into central midfield to cover for the injured Lee Cattermole – this sees Adam Johnson shift to the right, with McClean returning to his usual left wing berth.

Which type of low cost defender is better ?

CB's with the potential for the odd goal from a set piece? Or FB's with the potential for the odd assist from crosses/ corners ?

I chose Garrido instead of Bassong, and now considering who to get out of Morrison or Shorey...

  between those two, I think Shorey is better. He creates so many chances, on free kicks and corners too. Can't beat that potential. Morrison also only just came into the squad

I play the Telegraph game (no subs) and own both Bale and Suarez…but you only get 30 transfers for the whole season and have used 15…

Hold and go into this GW with 9 men and next with maybe 10?

I am top of my ML by a slim margin so it is important! Thoughts?

  I play Telegraph too and my advice would be to not swap out either. Wait for Bale and Suarez to come back from injury and suspension respectively. You'll want to use as many of those 15 transfers as possible in the second half of the season for when the FA Cup kicks in and you find certain teams playing more games than others.
