Liverpool serve up a belated double Gameweek treat against a much-changed Swansea side at Anfield. Luis Suarez, Jose Enrique, Daniel Sturridge and Steven Gerrard are the main protagonists, while Michu’s owners are left frustrated as the Spaniard warms the visitors’ bench for the entire 90 minutes:

On the Up

Luis Suarez
The Uruguayan ran amok against a second-string Swansea to deliver a goal and pair of assists in the 5-0 rout. Daniel Sturridge’s arrival had raised concerns over Suarez’s Fantasy prospects but it’s clear he is just as consistent alongside the former Chelsea man and has now scored in three of their four starts together.

Steven Gerrard
Those who handed the Liverpool skipper the armband would’ve been holding their breath as he stepped up to take the first-half spot kick. While Gerrard atoned for his penalty miss against West Brom on Monday to slot past Michel Vorm, suffice to say his decision to hand Daniel Sturridge Liverpool’s second spot-kick of the afternoon did not go down too kindly with his owners.

Daniel Sturridge
Having provided an assist, his haul was surprisingly boosted by Gerrard’s decision to step aside for the second penalty. Sturridge subsequently slotted home and has now produced four goals and a pair of assists in just five appearances for the Reds, with attacking returns in each of his appearances.

Jose Enrique
A goal and assist contribution supplemented a clean sheet as the raiding left-back racked up 16 points, pre-bonus for the Gameweek. With an ownership of less than 5%, Enrique has turned out to be crucial differential for the double.

Philippe Coutinho
Handed a first start since joining the club from Inter last month, the young Brazilian notched his side’s second to suggest he could be a real mid-price option if he can nail down a regular role. Coming in at 6.5 in FPL, Coutinho is likely to receive new interest once the blank Gameweek 27 is past, given Liverpool’s kind run of fixtures.

Going Down

Swansea Squad Rotation
With next weekend’s Capital One Cup final in mind, Michael Laudrup took the opportunity to hand many of his second-string a chance to impress. While today’s result will be hugely frustrating for Michu owners after the Spaniard warmed the bench, it’s fair to say that Laudrup is unlikely to make the same mistake again – today’s display highlighted Swansea lack of strength in depth in spectacular style.

Fabio Borini
The Italian last just eight minutes after replacing Suarez as a sub late on in the second-half. Borini was ushered off with a shoulder injury and post-match comments attributed to his manager suggest a possible dislocation which would rule him out for the rest of the season.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Once upon a time there was an evil mathematician who started differentiating things. He pointed at his couch and yelled "I differentiate you!", and it differentiated. He pointed at the mailman and yelled "I differentiate you!", and it disappeared. He pointed at the shop across the street and said "I differentiate you!", and it exploded.

He was finally subdued after a long struggle and taken to court. To keep him from causing more chaos, he was drugged and unable to speak. The judge found him guilty, and was about to sentance him when the drugs wore off and he started differentiating things again. He differentiated the bailiff, the judge, and the jury, when someone came up behind him and put his hand on his shoulder. The evil mathematician pointed at the man and yelled "I differentiate you!", and nothing happened. He tried to differentiate him a second and third time to no avail.

Finally, he looked at the man and said, "What's going on? Why won't you differentiate?"

The man looked back and said, "You can't differentiate me -- I'm e^x."

Don't have to do it tonight but am thinking Enrique and Davies ➡ Evans and Santon. No hit.

Would give me Evans, Santon, Cameron, Harte, Onuoha and play 4-4-2 this week with Onuoha on bench.

Is it worth holding Davies? I'm very tempted to let him go now.

I think that Santon would offer a decent potential for attack pts and Newcastle do have very nice fixtures. They also have a spark about them that looks worth investing in. Am undecided though

      1) No way in holy hell that Wilson is worth a points hit playing away to Fulham. It's a terrible transfer.

      2) Evans in for a points hit is risky. In reality he's probably worth less than 4 points this week, but you could do it if you're feeling punty.

      3) Gerrard in for bale is fine.

This time last season I was on 1,439 points and ranked 46,293
This season I'm on 1,440 points and ranked 87,528

Proving much more difficult this season...

One afternoon, a wealthy lawyer was riding in the back of his limousine when he saw two men eating grass by the roadside. He ordered his driver to stop and he got out to investigate.
“Why are you eating grass?” he asked one man.
“We don’t have any money for food,” the poor man replied.
“Oh, well, you can come with me to my house,” instructed the lawyer.
“But, sir, I have a wife and two kids with me!”
“Bring them along!” said the lawyer. He turned to the other man and said, “You come with us, too.”
“But, Sir, I have a wife and six kids!” he answered.
“Bring them, as well!” answered the lawyer, as he headed for his limo.
They all climbed into the car, which was no easy task, even for a car as large as the limousine. Once underway, one of the poor fellows says, “Sir, you are too kind. Thank you for taking all of us with you.”
The lawyer replied, “Glad to do it. You’ll love my place. The grass is almost a foot tall!”

For the other two spots I'm looking at:

    A. Walcott + Maloney (tough fixtures for Wigan with Liverpool & Man City)

    C. Lampard + Sissoko

Not so sure about Puncheon as he isn’t nailed on for 90 mins & is more hit/miss

I’m $0.1m short of doing Walcott + Lallana so that might be an option if I’m lucky on Friday, otherwise I’m probably looking at Kebe for now
