Peaks and troughs – every Fantasy season has them and, this week, we revel in the Professor’s major trough in a futile attempt to break the man. After Robin Van Persie issues the boffin a spanking, the Professor shows his mettle by taking it on the chin. Admirable stuff.

While we’d have gladly devoted this entire episode to such gloating, we do manage to squeeze in the regulars, whilst Jonty turns up with more community gold: the tale of a globe trotting Fantasy manager who takes his advice off Frankfurt clubbers and QPR fans, whilst trying to figure out the Russian phrase for “please, wireless, I’m desperate – I have Djibril Cisse up front!”.

      I did Suarez, Fellaini and Monreal to those 3.
      
      It was easier for me because Monreal has a tough fixture and isn't guaranteed a start. That said, Rafael could be rested and Arsenal will be gunning to score so I think Dawson is still worth it in the long run (I fully expect him to play all 3 of the upcoming matches.)

Sitting on my villa 's veranda in Lanzarote. First night of family holiday. Bottle of wine chilling in ice bucket. Just about to click onto the scout cast for my weekly fix.... Just before I hit play,, The scoutcast intro music starts playing... after a few seconds I realise that it coming from next doors veranda. What are the chances? I felt like I should lean over the fence and ask who he is. Decided to post this instead to see if he reads it after he finishes......... Scoutcast on tour 🙂

Excuse me if this sounds silly, but I see people are taking hits to dump Fellaini to Bale, yet they think Fellaini to Mata is not worth a hit. I'm aware Bale is phenomenal, but why is Mata not worth a hit with SWA and a DGW?

  No, I think the best you can get from a goalkeeper is still not good enough to warrant the hit. Unless you plan to have a penalty save, but those are so rare that they are not a factor
