A bumper Sunday of seven Premier League matches gets under way at the Britannia as Gareth Bale looks to keep Fantasy managers in cheer and Tottentham’s top four ambitions on target.

There are five three o’clock kick offs to follow that, with United’s emotional farewell to Sir Alex Ferguson capping things off an hour later. Nobody really knows what to expect from that one, with plenty banking on returns from Robin Van Persie, with the Dutchman again established as an armband favourite.

The team news from today’s early kick-off find Stoke making just one change, with Matt Etherington fit enough to replace Cameron Jerome as Stoke look to be shifting to a 4-5-1. As for Spurs, Andre Villas-Boas makes two changes as Steven Caulker comes in for Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Clint Dempsey replaces Lewis Holtby in midfield.

    Was so close to doing tevez to studge for a -4 hit, gutted i didn't! Also i was at the fulham game today (i have season ticket) and Studge's sportsmanship left a lot to be desired

      No it's not, if you're on free kicks and corners, you will get those type of assists.

      You can argue about whether it should be awarded as an assist, but under the rules it counts.

            I said upthread - Demel getting clean sheets by being subbed off before his team concedes is lucky. RVP launching the ball into the box with the aim of creating a chance and actually creating a chance is not luck.

        Now that you've had time to think about it????

        Even I as a Spurs fan, have evaluated Moyes, Mourinho as the Man Utd manager countless times, before Fergie even announced his retirement. I think Moyes will make a great manager, and one who is likable too.

        Mourinho would not be a good fit for Old Trafford.

          Moyes is a risk though. It's not remotely like the situation United faced when SAF was appointed, when the level of expectation was nowhere near as high as it is now.
