Rate my Team and the Projections have now been fully updated. They not only include the new arrivals from the transfer window, they also reflect the recent 25-man squads and factors such as ineligibility for fixtures against parent clubs for loan players.

The Rate My Team model has also been tweaked slightly with regards to bonus point allocation and form over the opening three Gameweeks.

Members can now view Projections for all players for Gameweeks 4 onwards, or get a snapshot of the next six Gameweeks. Rate my Team, meanwhile, allows those members playing wildcards to experiment with their lineups. Simply enter you team id and your current squad will be retrieved.

Having tweaked the model throughout the day, there will doubtless be further changes implemented and, should there be any major changes, I’ll notify you via comments.

Season memberships, giving access to Rate My Team and the Projections, are currently available for £15. View this page for details.

The more I think about it the more just how essential Giroud is right now

Ozil , Carzola , Walcott behind , I don't think there is another club in the world with a set up so geared and able to create chances for him .

Ok ronaldo , bale etc but they are much more creating for themselves

Then when you throw amazing fixtures and that Giroud is in top form

What 1-2 transfer would be your priority given this lineup:
Collins,Zab,jagielka(Chester, Turner)
Silva, Walcott, Mirallas, Nolan (Jedinak)
Studge, Dzeko, Soldado

(Dzeko seems obvious, and Studge we have to wait and see I guess)

  I don't reccomend taking punts on the wildcard. One too many and you start having to spend points to sort your team out which seems to be a waste of it.

  I don't think this year will be different from any other on the double-riser front. As has been discussed at great length here, you shouldn't be playing it to make cash on double-risers anyway - the ones who rise twice are normally the ones you want to keep, so making 0.2M is a pretty good return - although some people go in to it expecting to make a million or more.

    Nope. You play it during the international break because usually you've had a few weeks to assess people's form. You can drop the deadwood and bring in any surprise packages that you had from the start of the season. Rises is just a bonus on top of that. I don't think their have been any significant surprises yet that really requires a wildcard to rectify.

  I kind of think if a lack of double price rises is what's worrying you, then you played the wildcard for the wrong reason. I reckon at ANY point of the season you're only going to make 0.5m max in terms of pure profit, it's more about getting players in who you want before they rise in price, or losing players before they drop.

  Berba has to go, I'd look at Giroud. To fund it I'd downgrade Hazard probably, as I don't trust the Chelsea mine field. I also dont think Yaya will score much going forward. You need Walcott badly. Also I would look to someone like Hernandez to save funds. I would never go near Chamak myself but he is a lottery ticket that may just pay off.

    That's not the worst idea. Lambert and Bent could be a mid price striker route. Downgrade Yaya to Nolan, upgrade strikers to Lambert\Bent\Lukaku, swap Walcott for Silva and shuffle the defence around if you need cash.

. Ideally i want to do ivan + miralas >> koscielny + paulinho/barfa...BUT not sure how without taking 2 hits 🙁

A: Ivan >> 4.9m def (-4) but koscielny is sooo much better value that i can play every week

B: miralas >> 5.9m mid (-4)...brady seems likely but it makes my mid look very weak esp with funds tied up in ivan who i dont think will do too well in the near future. Also brady/tarabt/kim have a bad fixture next gw

C: ivan + miralas >> koscielny + barfa (-8)

      No I've fallen into the Yaya trap many times. It's never anything but a trap. He has scored on freekicks but wont do that every week, and he plays to deep to do much from open play. Silva over Yaya any day.

Just thought I'd remind everyone not to read too much into early statistics. The game is only 3 weeks in so even though some players or teams might have great stats, its too early to pick trends. Some teams may have had easy games skewing their statistical performance and likewise those who have had harder games. At this stage fixtures is still much more important than form.

    Yep. I think there is too much kneejerking going on. Its best to only use the last 3 weeks as a guide to who is nailed on then continue to play the fixtures. Its very early days.

    Ok thanks,looks like Casillas will play in CL,so that rotation is not valid anymore..

My problem with my 3rd milf around the 7m range. Not much there other then Arfa, Nolan, Paulinho and AJ.

Stick with Nolan? He will tick over...score you 150pts over a season. Carroll back soon(hopefully). Does go though these dry spells though(ala berbatov)
Arfa-injury prone. Could have explosive returns. Doubt he will get 150pt over a season due to injuries.

Or is it better to scale down to a 6m milf and beef up defence?

    Typically, I'd suggest go with players you think will maintain the most CS' over that period. Only, Zab is apt to get an assist or more.
