The Gameweek continues with four three o’clock kick-offs to follow on from City’s victory at the Etihad, before Sunderland host Man United later this evening.

Fantasy managers will be firmly focused on Liverpool’s meeting with Crystal Palace, with many backing either Luis Suarez or Daniel Sturridge with the armband, anticipating goals and a heavy defeat for the visitors.

We start the team news round-up at Anfield, then, to find that Brendan Rodgers makes just one change to the lineup that won at Sunderland. Raheem Sterling is drafted in on the right-flank with Jordan Henderson shifting to a central midfield role to replace the suspended Lucas. The formation is not yet clear – having played 3-4-1-2 at the Stadium of Light, that could be the case again, although Rodgers could also revert to a regular four-man defence with Victor Moses moving to the left flank and Jose Enrique returning to a full-back role.

Once again, Ian Holloway rings the changes for opponents Palace. Damien Delaney is fit to return, while Stuart O’Keefe, Jason Puncheon and Cameron Jerome all earn starts. Kagisho Dikgacoi, Barry Bannan, Danny Gabidon and Dwight Gayle make way.

Martin Jol makes a string of changes to his lineup to face Stoke at the Cottage. In come Philippe Senderos, Georgios Karagounis, Damien Duff and Bryan Ruiz as the injured Scott Parker misses out, along with Alex Kacaniklic, Kieran Richardson and Darren Bent. Mark Hughes also makes changes for the visitors as Stephen Ireland and Matt Etherington earn starts in place of Charlie Adam and Kenwyne Jones. That would indicate that Marko Arnautovic will lead the attack for the Potters.

Cardiff are unchanged for the visit of Newcastle, as Malky Mackay keeps faith with the starting XI that won three points at Fulham, leaving match winner Jordon Mutch benched. As expected, the Magpies tweak their starting lineup following Monday night’s disappointing first half at Goodison. Alan Pardew makes the decision that Hatem Ben Arfa owners were dreading: the Frenchman gets dropped to the bench as his compatriot Yohan Cabaye earns a start, along with Papiss Cisse with Vurnon Anita out of the matchday squad. Not surprisingly, Mike Williamson starts in central defence with Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa dropping out.

Finally, at the KC stadium, the Tigers make just one change with Stephen Quinn benefiting from Robbie Brady’s absence following an hernia operation. Opponents Villa make two alterations – Ashley Westwood and Gabby Agbonlahor return to the lineup following injury as Yacouba Sylla and Nathan Baker drop out. That suggests a change of shape with Paul Lambert perhaps converting his 3-5-2 to a more standard 4-3-3.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom remains open to capture you real-time reactions during the afternoon’s matches and throughout United’s tea-time visit to Sunderland.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

If the players reactions are that bad and he's clearly that much off the pace then whats he doing on the pitch?
What Moyes is asking United players to do is archaic and will get United nowhere.
The needed a top top manager, like Mourinho or Ancelotti, not some guy who never managed a team to play free flowing attacking football.
4-4-2 and cross it in, hell, just give me the job. I can tell the players to do that!

I think it is time to move Rooney back to midfield and for Moyes to kiss that 30 goal season dream goodbye. Small adjustment, changes the team. Fergie played him back for a reason. Team needs him there.

          Evening lads!

Need a bit of help here...
          I have 2FT this week.

          So...
          Rooney+Barfa to Lukaku+Özil?

Seems obvious but I don't know if Rooney's good fixtures will hurt me...

Arsenal. Aside from the fact I'm an Arsenal fan 😀 Arsenal probably have the best young players in the league. Bayern Munich probbly only have the better young players in the world.

Not a bad game this for two teams struggling in the bottom half. Sunderland's quality in midfield just edging it for me.

Man Utd have overperformed for years thanks to Fergie. Swap him and Mancini last year and City win the league, its that simple.

          From BBC Live:
The last time United lost three Premier League games in a row was December 2001, Liverpool were top and Arsenal were second. Just like now.

Interestingly, that run came after Sir Alex Ferguson had announced that he would retire at the end of the season.

What happened next? Arsenal went on to win the double.

moyes coming in for alot of criticism here but what are u to do when ur captain and supposed leader is making school boy errors game after game... a manager can only do so much the fact is he is being let down badly by the very players he should be able to trust..

The players are badly organised. RVP told last season about the influence of Ferguson and Renee Mulesteen on the team preparation. How he was the best coach he'd ever worked with
Moyes sacked him and brought in a bunch of people who have never won anything.
And he also appointed 2 coaches with no prior experience.
That might work in league 2 but in the PL at a club the size of united its plain daft.

Moyes will be sacked. Theres nothing surer. The glazers will oust him when they miss out on CL football and start badly again nxt yr

badly organised thats nonsense that result and performance in donetsk in midweek was higly credible and we were set up brilliantly against a top side who had beaten arsenal and chelsea in the last few years.. infact a carbon copy of a ferguson team away in the champions league.. patient controlled and rock solid.. which brings me back to my original point that it would of been 3 points if it hadnt been for a school boy error from vidic.. he is being let down its as simple as that.. and regards to the coaching staff he had every right to bring in his own staff people he knows and respects and has worked with for many years especially his own assistant.. giggs and neville might be relatively inexperienced in coaching roles but hav been thru enough training sessions at united over the years to know whats what and use that input .. i do agree he should of definitely retained rene however..
