        Great team.....
Keep 2 FTs for GW9 when you can re-assess how many ARS you want ?

Or you could splurge FT on Cowie and upgrade to a defender with game-time. Someone like Rosenior HUL would even release some extra 0.5 funds although money isn't your problem !

Perhaps best to leave well alone for a week or 2 ?

    Migs (Boruc)
    coleman, Zabaleta, Fonte, Davies (Chester)
    HBA, Michu, Ozil (Brady, JWP)
    Giroud, Soldado, Suarez

As you can see I have a few problems with my team.
Soldado and HBA to Lukaku and Oscar sound like the best options?

But I know what you mean, any of Sturridge, Suarez, Giroud, Rooney, RVP, Aguero, Negredo, Benteke, Lukaku and Remy can be considered good options

I currently have Shaw but am tempted by either the budget prospects of Clyne or paying that bit extra for Fonte/Lovren

Midfield is very cheap thanks to the Big Strikers and Big Defence, but its not too bad

Personally I wouldn't want to own 4 of Barkley, Morrison, Januzaj, Brady, 2 of those at most for me, but I can see why you've done it.

The likes of Oscar, Michu, Yaya, Silva are all decent expensive midfield options who you'd expect to outscore the above 4 in the long term

Don't like at all I'm afraid.

      No back up gk.
You've gone with too many expensive defenders when you'll find cheaper versions exist often within the same team.
Midpark is full of uncertainty: Ramsey, Morrison, Jan - do you expect consistent returns from these players?
Forwards: you must be the only one with RVP. Aguero - been there, done that. Not for me.

      3/10.

Ramsey, no. Hard games in quick succession coming up. Rvp mega no, not worth it at all. There are loads of strikers who'll out score him this season. Aguero not consistent and rotated. Negredo has been more impressive, and not yet exploded. Mega expensive defence, Dawson is cheaper, United leak goals, Terry over Ivanovic. Weak midfield. Missed the points on all those players, unless you had some already. Baines is already risen. Unless Barkley keeps getting fouled for free kicks, he's not worth it.

It's a mix of old expensive previous fpl big pointers and youngest new talent, but the best buys are somewhere inbetween, those who will improve on their previous season(s) and are nailed on. People who got Oscar and Yaya got it right, or got lucky. People like Lukaku, Sturridge, as well.

Sturridge to rvp would be madness unless you're attracted to expensive buys, like people think something is better because it costs more. He looks disinterested. People said Moyes ruins forwards. Then the swansea game. And now..he's not even feeding off scraps, he's in limbo.

You'd only pay 14 mill for RVP if he was in a high scoring team and he did it every single week...United are miles away from that right now. They'll do well and no doubt but they aint head and shoulders above everybody else...and nor is RVP...He's a 10 mill player and that's all...

Best to wait until they do though and consider it, rather than wait. There's so many strikers this season, unless rvp is scoring 2 or 3 every so often he's not worth it.

not an issue of management...delivery and service to rvp has generally been very poor.. been dropping deep to get the ball hold it give it out wide and get himself into the box on a regular basis and either nani runs directly into a huddle of 2 or 3 defenders or valencia runs full throttle towards the corner flag then stops and cuts it back..

    Dear dead zoners,

Want to get some serious discussion going on Silva vs yaya toure

I think this yr yaya is going to out score Silva as he is getting more shooting chances & playing higher up the pitch

Also I think yaya will play every match he it likely to be rested unlike Silva who for champ league might be rotated

    What do you guys think?

Well Silva is still a little bit higher up the pitch (not a lot in it). A quick look at the comparison tool in the members area also suggests there is very little in it with Silva a lot more creative and Yaya offering a little more goal threat. I think Yaya's set pieces has really helped even the scores between these two.

I think long term though Silva is the better option, I just think his numbers are a lot more sustainable than Yaya's. Silva tends to get in the box more regularly as well.

the people without toure will make a case for silva...they are kidding themselves and u.. people still refering to yaya as a defensive midfield clearly not watching city games hes bombing forward at every oppurtunity creating and scoring not to mention smashing home free kicks now with fernandinho doing the donkey work behind him.. get him in.. and btw i dont have yaya as i fancy michu to soundly outscore him over the next month or so just giving an honest opinion

I am going to captain this kid for next gw with some of the skill i see in this vid he might just be a sensation in the league this year he looks real explosive.

He has to play next game with passes and attempts like that he is (C) materiel.

anyone gonna take a chance on coutinho again? He's burned me, but Moses has been effective in that role, and with two strikers in form to pass to it can't possibly fail...i just like him. It's still early. But I'm planning ahead. He's a differential, for some reason loads had him at the start, and I don't see any getting him in unless he does a Ramsey.

showed flashes of brilliance last season also prone to going missing in games aswell though much like ben arfa.. was always ridiculously over priced at 9m imo too.. sturridge or suarez is all the pool cover u need

Yeah i have them both, and having another is greedy. But I'm trying to stick to players I like, as though no point chasing will benefit me, and liverpool play free flowing football, out of a cup, no european competition. If they score, it's basically suarez or sturridge or Moses, or Gerrard on a penalty. He was overpriced though, same with siggurdson in his second season though after his post january signing form for swansea. I'm sure he was 9m for spurs because I bought him and he was rubbish.

Really think Liverpool will have a lot more routs this season like last.

Last chance for siggurdson and eriksen against villa. They're away, no sitting back by home side, right. 60% possession and 4-0 last season. Benteke maybe back but who cares! I should have stayed away from spurs. Given how awful spurs are at home and Hill don't concede, that fixture could either be 4-0 or 0-0. And then they've got everton, newcastle, many city, man united...hard to know with spurs, last gameweek was the surprise of the season.

latest statements from rodgers says something else. He said theyve been doing this for some time on the training ground, and this is how he hopes to get the best out of SaS, and when they link so insanely well together too, i guess he cant change back to normal ways. Also with so many good centerbacks and the quick and attacking-minded wingbacks the tactic is perfect for the liverpool squad. Moses and hendo to be benched. Coutinho will be a good fantasyprospect, no doubt. Just have to see if he will be essential.

      Both for me.
If any player appears a high chance of being the dominant outlet for his sides attack, I get them.
      Both these do.

The is key for me as I dnt think benteke is 1m better than lukaku as Everton have better supply with Baines, miraliss etc

I like Sunderland's (aka TotalFPL) thought process of putting positions against each players.

I wouldn't be selling a City forward if I had one...defender maybe, but not a forward.

Looks like the knees are in full jerk mode.

      Fine if you've done movee.
I'd say for Januzaj ... Remember Macheda.

"Aly Cissokho trained over the course of the last week or so, so I think after the international break he'll be fine and fit.
