Walcott has the best agent and PR team in world football.
How he managed to get a deal worth over 100k a week is beyond me. His arrogance knows no bounds, highlighted by the fact that he thinks he can push himself up front by goading Wenger via the media.
Sometimes, football truly baffles me.
His goals and assists easily warrant 100k.

How many wingers can score over 20 goals in a season? He is massively underrated IMO. Makes brilliant runs in behind all game.
He gets spoonfed by the rest of the team. Believe me, it's the effectiveness of the rest of the midfield to pick intelligent spaces for Walcott to run into, nothing to do with Walcott's intelligence (which is very limited). Any half decent winger/wannabe forward would thrive in this environment.
Any old player can score 20 goals at the top level? We'll have to agree to disagree, making it look simple doesn't mean it is.

Rate My Team and Projections were updated tonight. Interesting that the model doesn't fancy Liverpool off the back of Everton's defensive form and record at Goodison this term.

Is it going off the defensive stats, actual goals conceded or a mixture of both? I was under the impression the former wasn't very good. Maybe the home stats are much better though.
It's strange because watching Everton I usually feel a goal conceded is not far away. The Villa game was the luckiest cs I ever got.
It's Everton's long term record at Goodison, backed by recent form with three clean sheets. I think it will be a tight one to be honest - formations will be interesting.
Fair enough. That does look very strong on paper, they were a fortress under Moyes. Think Liverpool was renowned as a bogey team for them though! The Martinez factor is the big uncertainty for me, will it be more of the same?
I'm clinging onto the breathless 2-2 fixture last season. Even defensive minded Moyes couldn't stop it becoming a thriller.
