We have four matches on this evening’s agenda as Gameweek 26 gets up and running. Cardiff welcome Villa to Wales as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side prepare for a run of three home games in four – the Bluebirds will have to do without Craig Bellamy, though, after he decided against appealing a three-match ban for violent conduct.

Elsewhere, Hull and Southampton go head to head at the KC, with Steve Bruce’s side looking to curtail the attacking talents of Adam Lallana, Jay Rodriguez and Rickie Lambert. Tigers new boys Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic both grabbed a goal apiece against Sunderland and will be hoping to prosper against a Saints backline devoid of the injured Dejan Lovren.

West Ham entertain Norwich at Upton Park in the other 7.45pm kick-off. Kevin Nolan is looking to continue the form that has seen him bag braces in each of his last two appearances, though Norwich have three clean sheets in four and make their way to London having nullified the threat of City at Carrow Road last Saturday.

The final match to get underway takes place at the Hawthorns. West Brom welcome league leaders Chelsea, with Eden Hazard carrying the armband hopes of plenty after his scintillating hat-trick against Newcastle at the weekend.

As always, our Dugout Discussion chatroom will support your real-time banter requirements throughout this evening’s matches.

Not sure I can stand the stress of this Marshall/Mannone rotation, Cardif are pants..i'll accept the 11pts as a lucky break...I stopped watching at half time, how did Villa look with their A team up front ?

Let's just enjoy these rare Marshall points.

Still want to do Marshall > Adrian in GW28

Marshall won them the game with a couple of fanstastic stops. Worth 11 points for sure. Gabby looked quick but rubbish (as usual) Benteke looked big and angry but shitty first touch (as usual) Weimann went missing for 89 mins but could have won the game except for Marshall.

This upvote system just turns into an absolute farce on matchdays.

All the nobs just upvote provocative posts about teams they don't support.

    Joke system at times.

Don't worry about it, it's just banter. You don't need to apologise.. Just if you give it out, expect it back. As long as it's not real hatred. there's no place for that.

Was devastated to see my mini league rival with Fonte AND Chambers.

    🙁

    Then I realised...

... he did Cech, CAHILL and Hazard in for -8.

prices go up every night. do you still have a wildcard? if not prices don't matter.

you're going to be angry that you either took a hit or used both your FTs come Sunday when there's only 4 matches to be played on GW29 and you have to use even more to fix your team.

How are you going to manage to transfer a midfielder for a defender?

Also, listen to Sinik as the players you get tonight may not play GW29, best to wait until after cup matches.

Benteke to Lambert? If yes, then would AJ to Lallana/Mirallas be worth -4?

I don't think there is much between the two. Both have been producing and both have good fixtures. If pushed would probably go Lambert though as he has FKs.

With regards to AJ I would go Lallana if you can afford it and it does not mean tripling up on Southampton. Would also be cautious of double Southampton attack and would only do it if I was on a tight budget.

Yeah I don't really want double Southampton attack but it seems like Lambert is the man to have from Southampton rather than Lallana at the moment. I'll probably do Kosc to Demel and AJ to Lallana/Mirallas next week and save this week

If you are only getting one then get Lallana.

He has scored more points, he has better points per game, he is on better form over the last 5 weeks [have not updated this weeks stats to my spreadsheet], he is slightly better value for money and he does not get rotated.
