Should I:
A) Mata -> Gerrard for -4? This leaves me with 7 DGW still, but potentially higher points return.
B) Lallana -> Nolan for -4? Will give me 8 DGW players.
C) Lallana -> Nolan and Mata -> Gerrard for -8? Will give me 8 DGW players with high points return potential
D) Something else, swap one of my defenders for a DGW defender for -4?

Good team, although there might be too much money invested in the defence and not enough in a 4th/5th midfielder. Generally I don't like having two midfielders less than 5m but it could work out for you. What's your TV?

I think not C....so torn between A and B. if you think Baines will get among the attacking points, then go him. but it seems to me like his attacking returns have been a bit diminished this year so maybe Distin and AJ is the better option

I think Cahill to Baines could be worth it; however you'll want Cahill back for his next 2 after the DGW (and for the rest of the season).
Don't WC yet; looks like you're set up pretty well for the DGW.
can't afford cahill to baines. only way to get baines is to lose evra. cahill out would mean getting a city defender

anyone looking at McCarthy for a cheap DGW midfielder... his game time looks good. played every nminute of the last 8 averaging about 2.2 pts per game... consistently mid teens EA PPI over these fixtures...
