Sergio Aguero is back in City’s squad for Sunday’s home game with West Ham. Wayne Rooney is almost certain to miss out for United again, with Phil Jones sidelined due to a shoulder complaint. John Terry, Frank Lampard and Samuel Eto’o seem set to skip Chelsea’s trip to Cardiff, Gus Poyet hints at making changes for Sunderland’s home clash with Swansea, Allan McGregor and Paul McShane could return for Hull, whilst Tim Sherwood has a number of injuries to contend with for Tottenham’s game against Villa:

Sergio Aguero is back in the City squad for Sunday’s home game against West Ham. Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed he has a fully-fit squad for the Etihad clash as he looks for the win which would secure the title.

Roberto Martinez is optimistic that both Steven Pienaar and on-loan forward Lacina Traore will be back in the Everton squad for Sunday’s trip to Hull after the duo returned to first-team training earlier this week. Darron Gibson is also in training for the Toffees but Martinez reckons the midfielder is unlikely to make it.

Gus Poyet has admitted he will make some alterations to the Sunderland XI for the weekend home clash against Swansea. The Black Cats boss reckons “maybe two, three or four” players deserve a start after failing to feature in recent matches. Reports in the local press suggest Lee Cattermole and Seb Larsson have both struggled with knocks in recent matches and could be amongst those rested.

Ryan Giggs has conceded Sunday’s trip to St Mary’s is “probably a little bit too quick” for Wayne Rooney to return for United. Phil Jones is definitely out, though, after being forced off with a shoulder problem in midweek.

Stoke’s on-loan winger Oussama Assaidi is unlikely to make Sunday’s derby trip to the Hawthorns after suffering a setback in training, according to Mark Hughes. Potters skipper Ryan Shawcross returns after serving a one-match suspension.

Frank Lampard (illness), Samuel Eto’o and John Terry are all major doubts for Chelsea’s trip to Cardiff – assessing the trio’s chances of featuring, Jose Mourinho admitted “normally all of them are out” in his lunchtime press conference.

Etienne Capoue is back in contention for Tottenham’s home game with Villa, though Tim Sherwood must make do without the services of Moussa Dembele, Nacer Chadli, Erik Lamela, Kyle Walker, Jan Vertonghen, Andros Townsend and the suspended Younes Kaboul as he looks to clinch Europa League qualification.

Steve Bruce is optimistic that Allan McGregor and Paul McShane could be back for Hull’s home game against Everton, while Sone Aluko is also closing in on return from a hamstring issue.

Gabby Agbonlahor is back in contention for Villa’s trip to Spurs after missing out against City in midweek. Marc Albrighton remains “touch and go” with a groin injury, Paul Lambert has revealed.

Liam Ridgewell is back in full training and could return for West Brom against Stoke, whilst the club’s official website has confirmed Morgan Amalfitano was rested in midweek and is expected to return. Right-back pair Billy Jones and Steven Reid are out, whilst Jonas Olsson has fully recovered from the knock that forced him out of the starting XI against the Black Cats.

    Strange question - I realise.

My ML rival just got 121 points to get within 18pts of me. He has Dzeko and Yaya, I have Aguero and Nasri.
Should I; A) Think of transferring in Yaya and Dzeko for a 4 pt hit
    B) Keep them
    C) Don't worry about it
    D) Give my head a shake
    E) Don't know

Absolutely, this is a must win game for them despite the 1 point needed they will go out all guns blazing.

You will probably be safe by getting in any one of his players. Surely the other won't outscored you by 18!

    Mannone (Boruc)
    Ivanovic, Zabaleta, Ward (Fonte, Jones)
    Mata, Yaya, Sterling, Ramsey (ward-prowes)
    Suarez(c) Aguero, Rooney

Thinking of just the one transfer rooney > sturridge

    What do you think?

I don't think I'll be happy unless I take a hit, this game is such a tease.

    Chasing a 7 point lead..

    Rooney & Ramsey > Hazard & Lukaku (-4)

    Leader doesn't have either.

So, I feel like a mid-table team heading into the final GW.

MLs are all wrapped up or totally out of reach, I've got my best finish overall finish sewn up & am more interested in the off season than anything else as I really don't have much to play for...

So, how does this sound as a final transfer folks?

    Rooney & Mata > Eriksen & RVP -4pts

What to do with Rooney? I would have to sell mingolet to get sturidge in for a -8 hit. Chasing a 30 deficit. Thoughts? I've been spending points over the last few weeks and it's gotten me into bother, from 1st to 3rd in my ml . Should I go for
    A) Sturidge -8
    B) Poldolski -4
    C) Rvp -8
    D) something else?

Sturridge if you get a good GK to replace Mignolet.
      Or Giroud.
      Or Lukaku

So advice please... 6 points behind Mini League leader..

    Team is:
    Mannone (Adrian)
    Coleman, Skrtel, Olsson (Chester, Gabbison)
    Yaya, Mata, Ramsey, Eriksen (Barkley)
    Saurez, Aguero, Wickham

Considering a 4 point hit for Wickham & Mata -> Stirling & Dzeko

    Worth it?

    Hi All
I have Kompany, Nasri & Dzeko
1st in ML but 2nd place is only 4 points behind and has Nasri & Toure
I see Toure as the major threat so you reckon I should swap Nasri for Toure? But then he'll have Nasri and I wont.
Or, should I take a 4 point hit and swap Kompany out for a non City player and bring in Toure so I have both Nasri & Toure? Rival has only made 1 transfer so far.
Either way, I need to get Toure in my team!

    My team is:

    Schzney
    Ivanovic, cahill, evra
    Mata, yaya, erikson, amalfitano
    Suarez, aguero, dzeko

    Bench: ramsey, ward, chambers

Im on top by 13 points in my ML

Iv already used FT to bring in suarez for rooney, was thinking to take a hit -4 to bring in gerrard/sterling for amafitano? (Ramsey wont play anyway)

    Any comments?

    Current rank is about 15,000
