Today’s afternoon programme concludes the Player Manager Scout League, a tournament set up over the final eight gameweeks of the season.
The league has been keenly contested and right now it’s being led by Mick Wall with an impressive four gameweek average score of 404 points. He’s nicely lined up for the £200 first prize, with the chasing pack tightly packed going into the final set of fixtures. Indeed, there are just six points separating the next four averages amongst the Scout league managers.
While newcomers have missed out on participating in the tournament, the guys at Player Manager have offered an incentive for all new players registering their interest today. Join up and play the final gameweek and you will be in the hat for a £100 prize for the top score – the pot will be shared in the event of a tie. You can of course, register as many teams as you like using the unique auction system, with team entries costing £1 a throw.
