Hmmm, good point, I was thinking for Vlaar this week (have 2.9 in the bank).

Defence is Vlaar, Chester, Dier, Clyne, Lovren.

Was set on using Vlaar this week and dumping for GW4, if was gonna get Ivan this week I'm not sure who would be best to get rid of!

If Hutton's not nailed on I'll go Moore.

I've just had a look at the FISO FAQs. Giroud is not 'protected'. As suggested above, the flag does not make him invulnerable to a drop. However, the flagging has the result of increasing the transfers out required by 2.5x, which would make it unlikely for him to drop (ie. he'd need to be on 250% rather than 100%).

Have I understood the flagging rules correctly?

Yes, I know. But it says the effect of a flag is "the NTO Threshold for a price drop is approximately 2.5 times greater than the usual Threshold for price drops."

    Play Ivanovic every week.

No chance on Ivan price rise or Debuchy price drop tonight, right?

Debuchy to Clyne to save 0.5 before Clyne goes up in price?
Or wait to see how my remaining 5 get on?

Just done this myself. Would have been getting shot of Debuchy after this coming GW anyway so thought it was worth catching the price rise of Clyne. He also has good fixtures coming up and low ownership so potential for future rises etc.
This is what I'm telling myself post transfer anyway 😀

...and I've done Chambers to Clyne with the same reasoning - plus Kos & Mert going to push Chambers to the fringes...

        Let's hope we're right 😉

Sold ... First transfer for me.
          Fixtures made good sense.
          Financially made sense.
          European games up too.
          Cheers

I like it. Maybe look to bring in Liverpool when their fixtures ease up after GW 4

Consider Debuchy > Clyne to catch the price rise tonight and Clyne's vastly superior upcoming fixtures 🙂

Are player prices frozen? Both FPL and Crack The Code appear to be frozen.
