  We won't really know until the season starts who the £4.5m MF bargains are going to be.
  
  I reckon Graham is a better bet than Holt. Holt is fat and slow, not normally good attributes to have in a Premier League striker.

  Hart will start every game for you, right ? So, save 1M and get a 4.0 back-up GK. Are you a Stoke fan ? Walters. Really ? Also, you are doubling down on Villa attack with N'Zogbia and Bent. Swap out Bent for RvP/Rooney(if you can find the money) or Suarez or Carroll or Hernandez.

I'd love to say RMT but I've not even got that far yet!!
Is it worth sacrificing a big hitting striker Rooney or RVP for first few weeks for Lamps in midfield given Chelseas opening fixtures. I cant see any other regular attacking options for them. I've already decided I need VDV in midfield
Would then relying on say just Bent and 2 lesser strikers be too risky.
And is it silly to go too top heavy say Bent Suarez RVP
And do people pick teams based on a good core and 3 cheap subs?
And why do fools fall in love??

  If you want Pool defensive coverage go Skrtel, he and Baines were the only two outfield players last year to play every single minute in the PL. Liverpool got 14 clean sheets last year.

        urgh, the 2 of you are arm-chair-tastic. Firstly what makes you think Kenny makes the bids? I'd imagine he identifies who he wants and let's the people upstairs take care of the rest. Secondly Dalglish is working on building a TEAM, which is not just a collection of the best players believe it or not. He's bought very well i think, all players who will give everything for the Liverpool shirt. Why would he care what they cost?

      Then started watching vids of Taarabt on youtube instead.
      
      Just love his 2nd against Swansea last season when he nutmegs Joe Allen. Just the resignation in Allen's body language once Taarabt did it is priceless. Amost like, "yeah, you did me and just showed me up in front of all these people. Can I go home now?"

A lot of papers are reporting that Mata is joining Arsenal. I would be delighted with that! Im guessing Nasri will play the Cesc roll and Gervinho, Mata, Theo and Arshavin will battle it out on the wings of the 4-3-3.

      Most of the time Rosicky played in the centre and Nasri stayed on the right.
      
      Most of Nasri's big cores came when he was playing wide (Man City, Fulham, Sp*rs).

    I remember reading an article a month or so ago when we were first linked with him, it praised his attitude and personality, saying he's very intelligent off the pitch, so it shouldn't take him too long to setle. I think it said hes learnt English aswell.

    True that, i liked the width we had against Colgne in the 1st half. Theo and Gervinho looked dangerous and we were attacking at speed. In the 2nd half, the likes of Rosicky and Nasri came on and they slow our play down too much sometimes.

Me and Hunter have just been on the wrong end of the worst refereeing decision in the history of Fifa. Hunter was clean through, not a defender in sight, keeper comes out so Hunter pushed the ball around him, keeper completely takes him out with a slide tackle. Shouldve been a red and a freekick but nothing was given.

To add insult to injury we lost the game, 3-2 having been 3-0 down at the time of the decision. Cup final and everything 🙁

    You not think there is a good chance Adam might continue to bowl along at Liverpool and pick up good points? Especially is Gerrard misses the start of the season, it will give him a great chance to establish himself in the starting XI. I his price is steep, FPL taking no chances on that one
