Back in the routine yet? Maybe another familiar regular is what you need to reacquaint yourself with the route to the weekend Fantasy deadline.

We’ve duly published our first Captain poll of the season, canvassing your views on the destination of the Fantasy armband ahead of the season kick-off.

Straight way, we’ve got an interesting one.

Doubts surrounding the fitness of Robin Van Persie and Luis Suarez level the playing field a little, while Nani and Wayne Rooney will catch the eye, though both may look a risk against a West Brom side who will surely be well-drilled by the crafty Roy Hodgson. Perhaps a gamble on Fernando Torres at Stoke is in order? But then Didier Drogba could easily start at the Britannia, such is the uncertainty surrounding the Andre Villas-Boas teamsheet.

    I'm with you in a way but the deal isn't as expensive as people think, it is £4.5m plus add ons based on his performance which could take it to £6.5m. Also the fact we have managed to get £2m for Ishmael Miller from Forest (F*ck knows how) and it doesn't look as much of a risk.
    
    54 in 120 starts at Reading is a good record and he has also shone at international level with Ireland. Not going to say he will have the same impact as Odemwingie, but I don't think he will be a flop either. I trust Woy anyway, Foster, Gera and Long were all his top targets and we have got them so can't complain.

I planned on taking a punt on Taarabt in the first fixture before swapping out for N'Zogbia for GW2and3. The reason I only wnt Taarabt for the 1st game is that I don't fancy him in GWs2and3 and after GW3 I will most likely be playing my WC so I can get him in then.

Anyway, if that match get's cancelled (QPR vs Bolton) who would you take a 1 week punt on in midfield for 8.5 or less? I'm thinking Downing?

  Ya, they will probably over price him just like Goodwillie. I mean Carroll came in at 5.5 last year (just like Holt this year), personally I think thats a fair price for someone unproven in the Premier League, 6.0 just seems a little high IMO.

  Not too good to be honest. You only need one of Yaya/Silva, i'd go with Silva. Chamakh is something different I suppose but I wouldn't pick him, Zamora maybe? Ramires is also another gamble and a waste, maybe go with N'Zogbia? Taarabt? Jags and Tiote on the bench are a waste of time, W.Brown? O'Hara?

Hey guys, any advise on my team much appreciated.

Given, Al Habsi
Kompany, Hughes, Jagielka, Bardsley, Simpson
N’Zogbia, Sinclair, Taarabt, Malouda, Moses
Rooney, Drogba, Holt

1.5 in the bank.
1)will bring in Van Persie for Drogba once we hear how his injury is.
2)Should i swap Ruddy for Al Habsi, i hear they rotate well?
3)And is Bramble a better option than Bardsley? What will the Sunderlands defense most likely be?
4) not sure on jags or holt,are there better options?
