I'd normally want to save in this case but having Pelle will equate to both losing value and getting 2 points for this upcoming GW. I'd make that switch and consider captaining Bony as well.

Has ADM become a poor choice now?
I haven't watched any United matches lately but looking to bring him in this week for Downing. He missed a great chance on the weekend, was he playing centrally or on the wing?
He has been pretty consistent so far this season, I don't really see why people are selling him.

A couple of poor performances and a mini-run of poor fixtures a little while back will do that. He looked mediocre at best against Palace, but he looked much better this past game against Arsenal. I think he's a good option right now and with them in no other competitions he could do very well in December. I like him right now.
